At our Overland, MO location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D’s Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D’s Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D’s was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.

Captain D’s on Page continues to serve as my reliable choice for a satisfying lunch. I enjoyed my usual selection today – the 2 piece battered fish accompanied by hush puppies, slaw, and fries. As always, the fish and fries were served hot and fresh, just the way I like it. Coupled with the consistent good service, Captain D’s continues to be a favorite for a tasty, quick lunch.

I wish I could give zero stars! Service & attitude stinks! The lady that waited on me behaved as though I came to her house asking her to cook me fish… I will call corporate Monday morning. Short portions and rude service… never again! We told the woman behind us DONT DO IT! She left immediately!

Really frustrating experience. Pulled up and the doors are locked for dine-in. No courtesy note to the customer, they have to go all the way to the door to find out they are not welcome inside. The wait was extremely long. After waiting in line for about 10 minutes I put the order in on their website. A few minutes later I get to the order box and was asked to wait. After about five minutes I told them I had a pickup order and was told to pull around. It took another 5 minutes to get to the window. They asked my name again and looked at a bag then yelled to someone in the back and asked me to pull into a handicap spot. It took another 15 minutes to get my food. I was given the incorrect condiments and the fries are soggy. If you’re going to take 45 minutes for your fast food, it needs to be spot on perfect. Also I wasn’t given a single apology for the wait.

The staff was lounging in the lobby. Never showed up at the drive thru. This location needs to be closed, and fire management. Just hoping to be refunded from my online order. My 2nd attempt at eating there.. with identical results.

Fastfood fish wasn’t good enough to wait in line for over a half hour with merely 2 cares ahead of me, but it clearly wasnt the workers fault when there was only like 3 people and people going in and out of the store for online orders. Hire more staff and pay your workers better if they’re going to be expected to juggle a billion online orders and the drive through.

Good evening this is my third time at this location and every time I went the wait as crazy. Today would have been my third time but while in the drive thru for 6 plus min with someone in front of me. But as i pulled up there was a brief silence then was told to please hold on they doing a shift change and that wait time will be 15 20 min I tried to wait but as I was sitting there i started thinking about the last time I order my items that I placed that there was going to be a error in my my new order just like last time. So i just left and they just lost over 60 dollars today this Captain D on page will not be getting any more service.

I ordered 2 grilled salmon with rice and broccoli. No rice, the salmon was so dammed dry & no flavor, and the broccoli look like someone microwaved it for over 2 minutes. The only thing that was ok the green beans. I will never go there anymore

Went to get 2 two pieces and fry meals. Pulled off and neither meal had hushpuppies, one meal had 9 French fries, the other a scoop of macaroni the size of an ice cream scoop, and the fish was dark and old. I asked that the replace my meal and offer adult sized portions. They are currently remaking it, but if it isn’t any better I will contact corporate to request a refund and will not return to the company. My son has already written off Captain D’s. I stopped at Steak N Shake for him. The woman at the window was pleasant, but Harriet the cook needs to be ashamed of herself. They are clearly trying to make the last of what they have last til 10:00 p.m. Absolutely unacceptable for $17.00. I could go across the street to the bar and get two hearty fish and fries plates for $20. Never again. Make it right!!
