At our Cleveland, MS location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D’s Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D’s Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D’s was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.

One person running 3 registers including drive thru, and only 2 cooks. Service was slow only because so many were there. Food tasted great. Need to get more staff.

The customer services were great. The place were nice and clean, everything in it’s place. The time manner of the food services were ok. The food could have been hotter, but it was ok, I guess you can say but it would have been even more better if it was hot.

They take your credit card behind the counter to pay. As soon as I left after paying for my food, my credit card company called and said someone was trying to make large purchases. Like thousands of dollars in purchases. They got the person who charged $71.00 to walmart.com and are investigating the other charges. I definitely know it was one of the employees. It was the one who was ringing register on 5/12/22 in the evening. I think he was kinda new cause he had to ask for help quite a few times. Its employees like this that will ruin your business. After the investigation I will be calling corporate! I will be pushing the issue until that person is arrested and charged with theft.

Stopped for lunch pick up and the line was kind of long but moving rather fast. Got to the window for my called in order and was told it wasn’t ready after taking my money. The associate was directing everyone to take a spot on the parking lot and they would bring out your order. The line was moving fast cause they had everyone to move from the window and go park. Lete decide if I wanna wait instead of the associate.

Ordered the shrimp skewers and they were hot. That was okay for me but too hot for my guests. Also, the fried fish tasted good but was a little too greasy. The service was great

I only wanted ice, but while there one employee asked the manager who he had working with him. When it was discovered that there wouldn’t be anyone else, the cook replied, “I got your back man” and the outgoing manager stated, “I won’t leave you hanging either”. What an awesome atmosphere this kind of attitude presents! Way to go!
