At our Nashville, TN location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D’s Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D’s Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D’s was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. Mac n cheese soup lol for spending almost 30 dollars u would think u have more food. I asked for 2 breadsticks only got 1 but at least my food is hot this time. But come on tho give us customers more food instead of baby portions

Music was too loud. We had to keep repeating our order and asking the staff to repeat what they said, even after asking if they could turn the speaker down. They did not turn the speaker down. Fish was very salty but rest was pretty good.

Forgot hushpuppies the food wasn’t fresh the chicken tenders they gave was small and still had to wait 7 mins on 8 hushpuppies when I had to come back to get them then there was so.ethi g else on the fish when cooked also fries wasn’t fresh and was a small portion also manager didn’t fix order was rude and cashier wasn’t nice they had horrible customer service my kids had to eat cold and hard tenders and cold food

I probably place about two orders a month from here. There’s no place on the order for any special requests, so I always call right after placing the order. Daniel (I’m assuming he’s the Manager and if he isn’t, he should be!) usually answers the phone. When he hears my name, he states my special request before I even tell him! Always with a smile in his voice. You just don’t see much customer service like this these days. Thank you, Daniel!

Slow to be waited on at the counter. Staff acted almost like I wasn’t there. Never greeted when they did saunter over to take my order. Long line formed waiting to order as I waited for my food. Fast food seafood… you get what you pay for.
