A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D’s Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D’s was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. Thank you Chanel ( sorry if I’m spelling wrong) for giving such great customer service!! The staff was having a very rough opening today! Chanel greeted us at the drive-thru window with a smile and a funny joke!! We had to wait for our food for about 5 minutes, and she gave us some complimentary sides for being patient. Nice thing to do! We will be back

I went to the one on Rainbow Drive and got there around 25 minutes till closing . There was only 2 ladies working. They were very friendly , polite and didn’t get mad about my big order so close to closing . The food was awesome. I am extremely happy with my whole experience. The name on the receipt say Stacey. Thank you both, y’all were great .

It was truly gross. Maybe 5 noodles in the mac and cheese. The sauce was cold. Hush puppies where hard. The shrimp was hard also. The lady at the counter was BEYOND rude. We used to frequent this location often but after several times of having cold, inedible food, and a rude staff, we find ourselves choosing different places.

Let me start by saying I understand if I go to cpt D`s drive thru its going to be a wait. I got to the drive through and had 2 cars ahead of me. I waited over 10min just to get my order taken by a very rude person. Finally got to the window, and I asked for sauces, and she acted like she didn’t even hear me. I asked 2 more times before I got an answer. They didn’t even have the sauce I wanted. I finally got my food and the employee never said a word to me. I got home and my order wasn’t even made right. I waited 25 minutes for a fish sandwich and jalapeño bites.

They had a person at the register that was extremely rude and disrespectful. Had to repeat everything we said. They added an entire meal that we DID NOT ORDER on our receipt. Went to have it fixed and the person at the counter snatched the reciept from me and went to the back, slamming the door open in the process and then went and was very loud and rude about it. None of the tables had been cleaned. Waited a while on our food and it was not worth it!! I will never go back to this location.

Convenient two entries into the parking lot. The wait at the drive thru was 10 minutes with three cars ahead of me, but with staffing problems now a day that’s not too bad.

They didn’t take long to take our order. The cashier was very sweet. We did have to sit to the side and wait on our order, but they barely took ten minutes to give us our food. I am pleased with them. Their food is delicious and tastes so fresh!

I’m picking up a doordash right now and it was suppose to be picked up by 7:15 it’s 7:52 and when I get to the window the lady is standing there on her phone.
