At our Macon, GA location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D’s Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D’s Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D’s was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.

When I entered the restaurant I was not turned on by the atmosphere although the dining area was clean . Everyone behind the counter seemed very pleasant. I had trouble deciding g what to order so the lady at the register described a few items off the menu which helped out on making my selections. Alert relieving my order in a timely manner I drove back to my hotel and devoured every last bight. I will definitely be returning g for more

Might as well shut this one down and start over. Drive thru at the D’s on Eisenhower was wrapped around the building so I went in. Front sidewalk is almost slippery because of a greasy stain.

Thank you for the great attitudes and smiles whenever I visit this store on Thomaston Rd. My food is always hot and fresh I drive two exits just to eat at this restaurant. Thank you guys!!! Atmosphere outside is the only complaint I have, there is a pothole the size of a volcano in the drive thru that will tear the whole front end of your vehicle off. Please fix this pot hole.

Food was good overall, green beans were a little too salty. Service was extremely slow they seemed short staffed. They only had 4 people working 2 cooks 1 front counter and 1 in the drive thru. They closed ours down so I was looking forward to eating here the experience was saved by the classic taste of their fried fish.

Disrespectful workers with poor HYGIENE! WORKERS WERE CURSING, VULGAR, OUTSIDE SMOKING WHILE CUSTOMERS WERE INSIDE WAITING FOR FOOD. THE MANAGER WAS ONE OF THEM CAME BACK IN STORE TO THE KITCHEN WITH HIS HANDS IN HIS PANTS. HAD TO TELL HIM TO WASH HIS ✋️ HANDS. HE SMELLED LIKE WEED! MY ORDER WAS WRONG. I TOLD HIM TO CANCEL AND REFUND ME. The crew that used to work there were much more mature, respectful, professional! NEED TO BECAREFUL WHO YOU HIRE! WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!

Told them no tartar sauce on the fish sandwich. Order potatoes it looked like yesterday food. This isn’t the first time every time I spend over 50.00 the food order never right. A family feast isn’t cheap at all. I guess I gotta spend 10.00 in order for the order to correct. Drive thru order at that so they have plenty of time to fix the order correctly.
