At our Cedartown, GA location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D’s Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D’s Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D’s was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.

Yeah, it was much better than the one in Cartersville GA area. But that was a few years ago so they might have different staff now but yeah, if Cedartown Captain D’s want to keep there good staff, I hope they pay them well.

Floors and tables was nasty. Ordered our food, was handed a buzzer and our cups. We found the cleanest table and sat down. Stepped in mac and cheese that was under to table we didn’t see. We sat and talked and started getting worried that something had went wrong because there was only two people there when we arrived at the restaurant. now it was full and they all had their food. So I went back to the front and asked about the food. They had no idea what happened to it, the order, and how much I paid. Matter of a fact, they acted like I didn’t even place a order. that I was trying to get free food or something. Asking who took my orders, when and do I have a recit for the food. Not one sorry for our mistake just them passing blame back and forth. After they found out I really did place a order. I told them I wanted a refund and we went to( the boarder) across the street and had a great meal. Please do the same. they at least act like you spent money at thier restaurant.
