Last minute meal before we leave the parks for the day. The place was about to close up. We ordered with mobile due to what time it was. We had a food restriction, gluten sensitivity, so we ordered gluten free buns for the burger. To our surprise the chief came out to greet us and inform us about the entire meals ingredient makeup. It’s was unbelievable how much they cared about the gluten sensitivity. They wanted to confirm the meal was safe for us. Absolutely fantastic! Thank you so much.

Vegetarians: Normal/ Average Diner food. Couldn’t find a decent place to eat. Tried Burger Digs and had overpriced Mushroom Burgers. came here because they had impossible burgers. It wasn’t gourmet, but it WAS exactly what they advertised. Unlike the later place that really sold more than they delivered. It was a nice corner with a view of the Lagoon, Hogwarts, Mythos and Hulk Coaster. Wasn’t over crowded at dinner time. Glad we got caught in the storm here with a view, food and restrooms.

My son enjoyed the food at captain america. It rained so we chill there for lunch till the rain stopped. Then we went to spiderman and incridable hulk rides.

Was here last year during our family vacation to Universal Orlando. Will be vacationing again this November again because we love Universal. Last year , our experience at the Captain America diner was the only low point. The place was extremely overcrowded, there were no seats available and a few cheeseburgers took almost 30 minutes to be prepared. In addition they forgot to bring the French fries to the table and I had to go back to the counter and it was just mass confusion. This was during the first week of November so it was by no means a busy time of year. I can’t imagine what it would be like here during peak seasons such as Christmas time. The food was average but extremely expensive. I would recommend the restaurant in the Jurassic Park area over this. The food was ten times better and the crowds were a lot smaller. I won’t be back here when I vacation at Universal Orlando in November.

Good experience. Only advice is better straws for all shakes. Recycle paper thin straws not compatible

The only legitimately bad mark on my universal Orlando trip. The food was horrid and way overpriced even for theme park food. The service was terrible because all of the workers made it abundantly clear that they do not want to work there and are all very unfriendly. I’ve had better burger at a local public school cafeteria. Do not waste your money. Try minion cafe for decent food.

Cap is my favorite and they have a vegan option! It’s just a Beyond Burger, but they cooked it well and paired it with fries like the other burgers. Recommend highly.

The absolute best place in the park when it came to preparing my meal and making sure that all of my dietary needs were met. Vegan and vegetarian options also provide options for people with gluten, soy, dairy, and peanut allergies.

I only rated the food as 3 stars bc it’s typically theme park quality food. I however gave the service and atmosphere 5 stars bc it’s the most convenient food place on this side of the park bc you can either do a mobile pickup order or you can go in find a table and order from the table and they will bring your food to you when it’s ready. All you have to do is scan the QR code on the table once you’ve arrived to get your order.

The wait time was over 40 mins and the food was poor quality. We had a mix of the chicken and burger combos which cost around $100 for 3 adults and 2 children. They were worse even than your typical burger van. We used the outside seating overlooking the water and were pleasantly surprised to see 3 turtles swimming below us and a bird of prey on a tree across the water. This was let down though by the Spiderman ride track being blasted out by a huge speaker above on constant repeat! I would recommend avoiding this one.
