I ordered the Bobbie sandwich. I looks nothing like the photo advertised. It is mostly mushy stuffing. There wasn’t much turkey and it is shredded so small. It actually tasted pretty good but it would be better with more turkey and less stuffing. I also ordered the Cole slaw. It was good but bland, needed some seasonings. I liked that it wasn’t sweet. Kevin, the young man who helped me, was extremely nice and helpful.

It’s more of a “take out” place as the dining area is pretty spare, and as with most “fast casual” spots, it’s order at the counter, fill your fountain drink (try the pineapple cream soda), and wait for your order to come up.

Way overpriced. $17 for a sandwich, chips and drink. The Capistrano sandwich had way more coleslaw than the thin layer of pastrami. This place was a huge let down. I won’t be back. Next time I’ll go to Board and Brew or Jersey Mikes for a decent sandwich.

The sandwiches are decent.The fries were good the first couple of times but today they were soggy. They offer free grilled cheeses with the purchase of a sandwich which is great. But they do not offer for you to purchase an additional grilled cheese sandwich if children outnumber adults. They say they do offer it but at $6.50 for a tiny grilled cheese. It’s a meal. The employee tried to tell me that the raisins and the juice Box are free so that means they charge 6.50 for a tiny grilled cheese sandwich. I ordered a french dip and they forgot the aju sauce.

I used to live in Delaware and the cheese steaks there were a lot better. The rolls there were fantastic and had a little crust that set it apart from this location. The meat here is thicker and not chopped finely. Not bad overall though because the Bobbie is still excellent despite the lackluster bread – can’t beat it!

Everything about this location was perfect. Its clean, server’s are very friendly and helpful, and we got our order under 10 minutes. I ordered a chicken philly and a large fry but my order went though as a philly steak and I didnt notice until I opened the packaging. The manager, Kevin, didn’t hesitate to correct my order. Him and his team are 10/10. Highly recommend this location!

The service was great. The counter clerk was friendly and efficient. The sandwich was great. I love the Cole slaw. Creamy style and fresh. I had the wagu beef with Cole slaw. I’m not a sandwich person for a dinnertime meal but this sold me. I can’t wait to try the other sandwiches. I can tell you it’s Well worth the spend. Will be back

Please update your closing time on Google as I went 30 minutes out of my way to get a sandwich here. Capriotis hasn’t had a location in Orange County or anywhere close for several years. I was really looking forward to supporting your business, but I have gone without your food for years now, it won’t be hard to forgo. Gas and time are expensive commodities.
