Vegan perspective only: One option if you leave the cheese off (impossible sandwich). I get it, probably not enough vegans for them to offer a vegan option but so close with some extra stuff. Nice people though and they were straight with me about what was possible with a vegan diet and I appreciated that.

My new favorite Capriotti’s sandwich location is much larger than one we’ve been going to. Better everything all around. The choices of soups were good. The service was excellent.

Can I give zero stars? Went to this location today ordered a large sandwich with extra cheese extra meat $10.00 for extra meat. Cook made my sandwich and then the cashier after handling my cash grabbed my sandwich to wrap it without washing his hands. I asked for my money back and they went to get the manager who didn’t even look at me or say a word to me, handed me my money and starts talking in Spanish to the employees asking what the problem was because she thought they had given me the food and there was a problem with it and I responded in Spanish exactly what happened and again she wouldn’t speak to me (the customer). She then told the employees that of course they can eat the sandwich because theere’s nothing wrong with it. I left and went to the usual location I go to and had great food and service. Things happen, I get it, you don’t train your employees about food safety and the diseases transmitted when handling cash and then food, I guess I get that too but you’re losing out on a $35 sale that you already prepared the food, don’t you think you should bother to acknowledge your customer or ask them what the issue is ir try to make it right? Also, the other restaurant only charged $4.75 for extra meat, why are you charging double for the meat and double for the cheese? Wish I could have asked you this but like I said, you only talk to your employees but you don’t train them right. I hope people don’t end up sick after eating there, it’s only a matter of time.

Stopped in at Capriotti’s on my flight and Torino. My wife and I ended up grabbing some lunch here. We are super hungry. I got the Capistra me. She got a half a sandwich and a salad. We had a ton of food!. They were open table so you could see inside or outside. This location is handicap assessable. The restrooms were also clean.

i’ve had them before and i like the food a lot! the service, however, at this specific location is the WORST i’ve ever seen 🙁 i ordered lunch online through the capriottis website for me and my spouse, and the third party driver took our order. i know it’s not the stores fault, but when my spouse called to confirm that the driver picked up our food, madelin did nothing but dismiss the both of us, and when asked for a remake, refunded us and told us she “didn’t mind losing the money.” it wasn’t ever about the money, it was that we had called and were both met with rudeness and dismissal. i know we personally won’t be going back. i’d give it 0/5 if i could

I’m not the hugest fan of cheesesteaks but I had to check out this place after all the reviews. Plus, I was starving and this is super close to my hotel. Decent sized sandwich filled with meat and flavor. I ordered mine with sweet and hot peppers, onions and cheese. I ordered to go, but there was plenty of seating available. Efficient service. Would definitely come back

So Capriotti’s is what one thinks of when they think chain deli. Just like Jersey Mike’s or firehouse subs, but without a gimmick like Mike’s slicing the meat/cheese on the counter or firehouses formerly wild hotsauce selections. It’s cool because they are a newer (technically firehouse is the younger chain, but they reached zeitgeist level faster than this upstart challenger in the arena of chain-delis) rarer chain than those two, not a place you really hear people talk about. This one appeared to be about on par with the Capriottis experience on the surface. Guys inside were really chill and service was great. I got the half sandwich and small salad combo, which is exactly enough for two meals. I opted for a hot Bobbie and the waygu and Bleu salad. The Bobbie was more lukewarm than like freshly warmed, but it wasn’t straight out the fridge either. Almost any day is a good day for a gobbler (even if they call it the Bobbie for no explicable reason) and this one didn’t disappoint, although I would have put less stuffing and made the ingredients stack vertically on the bread rather than half sideways. The real problem with my visit is I got the salad for a later meal, and it was supposed to have the waygu on it so I could sample that, however it came meatless. The salad was otherwise a good size and had a lot of good ingredients, but I would trade 1/2 to 2/3 of my cheese for some of the beef I was promised. I’m not kidding there was so much gorgonzola cheese (plus some sort of gorgonazola-y dressing) that it wouldn’t matter if they did include any meat. You couldn’t taste anything besides the cheese when you mix this salad. Overall this was a disappointment for a chain known to be pretty decent, and it’s all the worse cause the guys there were pretty cool.
