First visit… I had the original cheesesteak sandwich. Although a bit pricey compared to other sandwich places, the sandwich was very good and I’m interested to try other sandwiches. However, this location is very dirty and gross. If the eating area is that dirty, I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen is.

I got a medium (10 inch) tuna sub and for the price of $12 I think there should be more tuna and much less lettuce. The flavor is so good though so I will definitely get it again. The service was good today as they were not very busy.

Worst place I’ve been to eat these teenagers behind the counter can’t even take an order correctly an to top it off half my sandwich didn’t have any meat on it. The chicken wasnt cooked all the way. 4 youngsters behind the counter and none of them can make a sandwich correctly. Blasting music so loud I had to repeat myself 3 times and they still got it wrong. I got a large chicken cheese steak with onions and mayo. What I got was mostly bread with undercooked chicken and no mayo. Terrible I don’t recommend anyone go here terrible service. I’m not coming back to this location again. If i could put negative stars they would get a -5 stars

I’ve always loved every Capriottis shop that I’ve tried. This one seems to be the best though. Always super fresh and yummy with great customer service and quick too. I’ve gotten the beef here in the past but today I got the Bobbie and it’s SUPER!!!

Just ordered a turkey sandwhich in the Red Rock Casino shop. Sandwhich was trash. While I was waiting I saw on the shop’s screen you can get a free upsize with your movie ticket so I asked for one he said I was too late because I had already ordered then when I mentioned that I did not know until I saw the advertisement while waiting, the cashier and guy making the sandwhich had irritation all over their face so I said forget just to open my already made sandwhich to very little turkey and dry bread also, my $ 3.14 brownie had some hard white particle in it that I couldnt even chew. Never again!

This place is a hidden gem. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the sandwiches are fantastic. There are even great options for vegetarians. It’s critical to have good bread for sandwiches and this place delivers. Hot tip: order a few sandwiches to keep in your room for when you get back late at night and are starving. Or even for breakfast if you don’t want to get up and go somewhere.

I can honestly say this is one of the absolute best best best sandwich shops i have ever been to. I wish they had this where I live in So Cal I came here 3 times during my trip to red rock and bought an extra one to take home. I didn’t get her name but the girl that works early morning on Sundays is extremely nice efficient and makes an amazing sandwich and I think she was there by herself doing it all. Highly recommend and the Turkey Cole sandwich so so so good.
