I got the Philly with sweet peppers and hot pepper relish and my girl got the hot Bobby and my cousin got the cold Bobby and omg the food is delicious and the meat is very tender it melts in your mouth. The customer service was top notch I even called and told the assistant manager how great it is. Its a little further then one one by the house but definitely worth the drive. 10/10 all the way around.

Never been a fan of Capriotti’s since they came to Vegas. Wandered in to different locations and it was always lackluster. This location changed my mind. Had the best Capastrami ever, that’s been haunting me to want it everyday since. The opening crew on April 8th were polite & helpful. Their efforts were collaborative in preparing all the pickup orders that were coming in & when it was slow they immediately went to clean everything. I hope they’re paid what they’re worth or I may be back to hire them!

Ordered online at 1:35 PM for pickup. Website said pickup would be available at 1:53 PM. It is now 2:08 PM and they are just starting my order. Store is not busy. Not a huge deal but the point of ordering ahead is so it is ready when you arrive.

Nice place. Pretty fast. I had the chicken Philly sandwich and it was great. One customer complained about the turkey having dark meat. I personally think they should have made him a new sandwich that he liked. Because I guarantee they lost a customer. But overall really clean and good. I’d go back

Went here last night around 7pm !!!! Now I’m sick my sandwich was not made right!!! I ask for steak got chicken !!! And on top that I was asking bout what size sub do you need get to get free kid grilled cheese the guy look at me explain to me what a grilled cheese was ummm I know what a grilled cheese was that was not my question! Then I order another kid meal that you pay for and he look at me like you got grilled cheese um I have two kids it’s just my toddler don’t eat so I got the grilled cheese for him kid meal for daughter! Plus the calm chowder my husband was super fishy smell !!!! Plusn no straws were stock they could been cleaning and stocking till they got customers there were no one when I came they were just sitting there talking! Manager was in back on cell phone talking !!! NEVER COMING AGAIN TOO THIS PLACE !!!!

I got a medium classic Italian sub.It was a decent sub.It didn’t come with oil and vinegar that I could taste and that is very important to me on any Italian sub.But minus that it wasn’t a bad sandwich.Also, echoing another review is that I did notice the floor was sticky.Might want to address that.
