Capriotti’s is a great sandwich place if you want something fresh and quick. They have a menu with items that are not “basic” like a thanksgiving inspired sandwich, for instance. It is not like Subway where you walk through and tell them what you want, but their selections are fun and tasty! We have tried the chicken chipotle crunch (pictured below) it was good, but I think I was expecting more flavor. The hot bobbie (this is the Thanksgiving inspired one). It’s especially yummy when you are looking for something comforting and homey. We have also tried the Vegetarian Turkey. This one is probably the closest to simple as you can get, but it was good and refreshing. The sandwich sizes were great, offering 5in, 8in, 10in, and 18in. 10 was a good size for me, but if you are looking to get one big one and split it up, definitely get the 18. I LOVE whatever concoction of salt/pepper they put on their tomatoes, and their little dessert treats aren’t bad either! This location had a cute little free sucker section for when you were waiting in line, the atmosphere was fun, the staff were friendly, and the service was fast. Definitely will be back to try some of the other sandwich choices!

Ordered for pickup online. Said it would be ready in 15 minutes. My husband stood there for 30 more minutes. Ordered the wagyu cheesesteak. Got a small mushroom and cheese sandwich (see photos). I’ll order from Jersey Mike’s again. Just wanted to try something new.

Subs were hardly any meat and mostly bread. We had 3 different types of subs and a salad, no one in our group was impressed with any of them. Quality didn’t match the prices at all. And it wasn’t until we had ordered and paid that the cashier mentioned a special. As she handed us the receipt she pointed out something on the menu and said oh yeah next time order this way and you’ll save money.

We drive about 25 to 30 minutes to get to Parker to eat at Capriotti’s sandwich shop. The sandwiches that we have tried have been great.

We love Capriotti’s. We have frequented the Highlands ranch one and the Castle Rock One many times. We were excited to try the Parker one but we’re somewhat disappointed in a few things.

So, I loved this place a few months ago, but it’s changed for the worse. We got there around 7:10 and the staff had shut down half of the small dining area even though they close at 8. The chairs were already upside down on the tables and a broom was lying on the floor as some sort of barrier to the half that was closed. Kind of a tripping hazard, honestly. This left a lot of people standing around in a tight area while they waited for their food. We waited until a table opened up and sat down, since we had driven quite a ways to eat there and were planning on eating in the dining area. The table was dirty and no one made any effort to clean it, but again we were hungry so made do. Our food was pretty good, but the half salad has decreased in size from what it used to be and was missing blue cheese. Some of the lettuce was wilted. When this store first opened I was impressed by the size and quality of the salad, but again now it’s smaller and not as fresh. I went to get the blue cheese from the staff and was told they had run out. They offered me some provolone instead which actually was really good and it fixed the salad, but I was disturbed that no one had discussed it with me before I had to go ask about it. It seemed pretty clear the staff just could not wait to go home and weren’t trying very hard to provide a great experience for customers at that point. I also worked in food service as a young person and I had to work much harder and much later than these guys and I did it with more concern for our customers.

They gave me the wrong order and when I called to notify them, the so called Manager threw me shade as I was apparently inconveniencing her and she wanted to make it difficult to refund my money. You know what, just keep my money and I’ll never step foot into another one of you establishments again. Not that you’d care, but good riddance!!

Terrible experience! I ordered delivery directly from their website. My food arrived 45 minutes late, and au jus sauce had soaked every sandwich in the bag. Delivery guy hands me this sopping mess, then zooms off. I Paid almost $60 for 3 sandwiches (12 of which was delivery fees and tip) and all my food arrived ruined. I will never get food from the Parker, CO store again.

My family has been wanting to try this place since it opened and it looked like it had such potential. The menu looked great but the staff members are completely incompetent. They were slow and messed up our order multiple times. The cashier had no idea what he was doing and had to ask other staff members several questions about the ordering program. Highly recommend that you do not give the place a shot.

This food was very disappointing. The portion of meat that is on the sub is minimal at best. The taste and presententation were horrible. My whole family had gi issues after eating
