The choose two listed on the menu does not let you actually choose two of the same item. You have to pick two different items. This was not told to me until after I had paid and was looking at my receipt. When I brought that fact up the guy let me know he was sorry and should have said something. There was no offer to correct the difference in price.

I have experienced the VERY BEST customer service, eaten the most flavorful sandwich and drank my favorite cream soda, on tap! On tap! The sandwich was perfectly portioned with bread, meat, slaw and sauce. Will be coming back again!

First time there. I had the Italian sausage, and my wife had the Capastrami. All I need to say is WOW. the sausage was amazing. Perfect on every way. My wife ordered the Capastrami with the russian dressing and cole slaw on the side. She started on it and said the quality of Pastrami was the best she had. Then she put on some of the dressing and slaw on it and she loved it so much, she kept eating it even after she became uncomfortably full. That’s the first time in 11 years of marriage I have ever seen her do that. SHE EVEN REFUSED TO LET ME TRY IT! The service was on point and friendly. I wish I got the servers name because he is part of our enjoyable experience. He was enthusiastic and helpful. I will definitely be coming back.

Good food but check your receipt. Got the pick two and was charged twice for our turkey sandwich. Seems it was a training issue and was resolved after I pointed it out. I think I’ll wait until the bugs in service are worked out before the next visit. The sandwiches were good. I had the roast beef and it was good and seemed about on par with the other chains in terms of filling and flavor. We also had a turkey and turkey salad and the turkey was very tasty, probably the best part.

When they get busy, corners get cut. My wife and I got a 10” and 18”, spent over $30 and essentially bought bread. My wife got a Philly cheesesteak that only had meat and cheese. I got the BBQ chicken cheese steak with 6” of the bread having only cole slaw on it. I will be contacting them regarding a refund and would suggest everyone to take their business to Jersey Mikes down the street or a local sandwich shop.

The lady at the register was very nice. As for the sandwich I spent $11.27 for the Small Capastrami to go, (no chips or drink) the bread was really good, the slaw had a great crunch to it and great dressing. There was way more slaw than meat, in fact the meat while good there was not much of it for the price. The service was fast but when my name was called the guy handed me the sandwich and 1 napkin for this messy sandwich, they did not offer a bag for my order which I thought was weird. I will give it another try just to see if this was a one off and if it is better next time I will update my review.

Had the wagyu French dip. Hands down the best I’ve had! The meat was sliced perfectly and very tender. Sauce and cheese paired nicely. Service was great and food was on the table in minutes! Definitely will be returning
