I was super excited when I seen this was in fact the same Capriotti’s like the one in Claymont, Delaware. That excitement soon went away when I seen how my Bobbie looked, it was barely any cranberry sauce on it, one side of the sub nearly had any at all on it, and in all honesty, the cranberry sauce is what makes the Bobbie, THE BOBBIE. So, had it not been for that, I would’ve given it a five star rating. Quality, quantity and perception is a big deal. I’ll still order from there though, because it still tasted okay, not a total disappointment.

Ordered a catering tray from Capriotti’s – Fort Mill location. The food quality was good but the sandwiches were “understuffed” with meat. This was a bit disappointing after spending $90 on a catering tray for 6-8 people. My guests were delighted with the taste however underwhelmed with the amount of meat per sandwich. Sent an email over a week ago, no response!

Oh man…. simply you gotta have one of their sandwiches. We had their Philly cheese steak, Italian and The Bobbie, each one was absolutely amazing!

Probably one of the worst Italian subs I have ever had. The bread was stale. One, maybe two days old. The meat had no flavor at all. Could have been processed turkey, ham or bologna. Very bland with no seasoning. Way overpriced. Never again.

My husband ran in and grabbed us sandwiches a few nights ago. I went in with low expectations because I swear I just haven’t had a good sub in awhile. I had the Turkey and it was pieces of Turkey instead of it being sliced like lunch meat – I was skeptical. This is ended up being one of the best subs I’ve had. I did ask for extra cheese and didn’t get it, but it was still good. The bread is what makes and break a good sammie and the bread was soft, but a little bland. I had lettuce and onion on mine as well and there was plenty of lettuce and maybe one tiny slice of onion. It was pricey, but I would definitely go back and try something else.

I normally get the roast beef , i should have stuck with that. A miserable soaking wet slimy thing is what i got today. Its suppose to be the chicken Philly . The paper was so saturated in an oily substance, everything on the sandwich including the bread was wet. Everyone loves soggy bread and wet chicken when i called to explain what happened the guy on the phone seemed perplexed on how this could be possible. He said it was probably the cooking oil ??????? What?

Stopped after work, around 2:15 . It was my first time. I wasn’t sure what to get but I went with the”Capastrami” and it was pretty banging. I like that there was a side salad with a simple vinegar and oil dressing, but a few more options wouldn’t hurt. The black cherry and tarragon soda was interesting.
