I usually love caps but this has been happening a lot lately. This is what I got for an Italian sub tonight. One piece of ham, half a piece of salami, 2 tomatoes and a piece of cheese. For the price of the subs they should be like they used to. We also ordered some Bobbie subs last week and mine had a bunch of bones in it. More bones than meat. We wont be coming back.

Pretty quick service, only real reason it didn’t get 1 star. The 10″ chicken cheesesteak is $15 and is SO skinny. Barely any meat (check photo). Pretty unseasoned as well, flavors are bland. Will probably not be coming back.

Excellent local sandwich shop. They LOAD up on the meet. A bit expensive but you absolutely get your money’s worth, and they’re really friendly. Strongly recommend, as I will be back frequently!

I use to stop here frequently when I was heading to the shore and loved their food. Service has really gone down hill. Sandwich was meh and staff is kind of rude. Not very welcoming this last time.

The dining room seemed contemporary but the seating wasn’t terribly comfortable and I had to wipe my own table. The service was efficient and friendly and the food was done quickly. I had the cheese steak. It was hot and the roll was fresh. The meat was hoping and was clearly real steak. I will return again when I’m in the area.

HORRIBLE! Must admit to having to try 3 times before writing this review. This is the worst run restaurant in Easton. You never know what you’re going to get! Have ordered the same sandwich 3 times in a row and NONE OF THEM WERE THE SAME!! NOT EVEN CLOSE!!

You guys knew better charging someone 3.00 for a can soda at that even. But you will never get me to pay that again that was so over rated literally I should have brought it right back smh

Staff looked tired, but steak and cheese and meatball subs were good. Little expensive than expected

Top shelf chain… I’m usually reluctant to try franchises… But these people deliver excellent food.

Used to LOVE Caps! The Bobby was one of my favorites! What happened to the quality of sandwich making over there? Dried out roll, the ratio of turkey, stuffing, & cranberry sauce was WAY out of proportion! So much cranberry sauce it was sickening sweet! Not enough turkey compared to the amount of stuffing, & the turkey was DRIED OUT! You couldn’t mess this Sub up anymore if you were trying! That’s not even mentioning the last few times I’ve been in! The standards have continued to go way down. Come on Capriotti’s we miss how you used to make your sandwiches & subs! With pride, art, & enthusiasm!
