Turkey hoagies used to be filled with white meat turkey. Have not been there in awhile. Went today it was horrible. There was the equivalent if a teaspoon of turkey on the sandwich. It looked the remains of the turkey you throw away when you are done carving it. I won’t be back.

Waited almost 25 minutes for my order , they said they had to slice more beef . I said , if you told me that I’d have to wait that long , I would have ordered the turkey . Fries were cold ! Girl asked me if I just got 2 sandwiches, shouldn’t she have looked at the order and said oh , your order also has fries with it. Instead I had to tell her we ordered fries ! I ordered the French Dip and got no Au Jus and when I got home I had received the wrong roast beef sandwich anyway. The roast beef was disgustingly rare ! Poor customer service skills, much training needed for this crew . Dirty practices, no hair nets , dirty floors and tables . We’ll never return to this location! Sad

The fries where super soggy and terrible the cheese steak “wagu” beef witch is a lie this sandwich was terrible. The pastrami terrible, the coleslaw turkey straight terrible worse than terrible. All around TERRIBLE don’t come here and SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Ordered sandwiches at 830 this morning for pick up at 1. Arrived to pick up at 115 and they just started making the sandwiches. Get home open the sandwiches, sandwiches were not made as they were ordered. They put oil on one sandwich that should have had mayo on it, the other sandwiches had next to no meat nor did they have the condiments added to the sandwiches. While waiting for the sandwiches other customers walked in to place orders and were given attitudes. I will not support any business that has no respect for customers.

For $13 a hoagie I expected more meat on the sandwich. Looks like they drug the meat through on a string. Sandwich was tasty but as the lady from Wendy’s says “ WHERES THE MEAT” ??????????

I can’t say anything about the food, but definitely the service. We placed an online order that accidentally went to the following day. I called to correct it and the person on the phone was honestly unbelievable. I asked her if I could please cancel the order and she told me “no, I’m just the cashier I can’t do that.” I said ok, can I talk to someone who could?

Avoid this location at all cost!! The worst cheesesteak I’ve ever had given to me. I had to return it. I wouldn’t have eaten for free. Too many other good places in this area. It’s disappointing because I do love their turkey hoagies but I won’t be back. Shame
