Walk in pickup place. Ordered 2 pizzas, one large one small, $50. The sauce had no taste. The pepperoni were bland. Basically, it was like eating nothing. First time trying it, too. It looked very good. It just needed some seasonings and taste. The staff were very nice though, and very hard working. I was hoping for more, seeing as it is close.

Called to place an order. Google Maps says this address is Chardon. The lady on the phone said it’s the Claridon location. I was trying to place an order with items selected from the Leroy locations menu. Apparently, these two locations have fairly different menus; which is fine.

I ordered dinner pickup for myself and the other nurses i work with. We ordered a cheeseburger and a couple of pizzas. The cheeseburger came with bacon we never asked for. The fries were really undercooked and floppy. Threw the whole meal out sadly. The pizza wasnt very good. I wouldve been better goin to a little ceasars. Very unimpressed.

I absolutely love the food here! Especially the balls! Doesn’t matter which way I take them, they’re always so good! I love shoving capps balls in my mouth any day any way! Their balls are so soft and succulent! Customer service is amazing! As long as you are a decent human being with manners they are always happy to help you with anything they can. Randy, the owner, is such a nice guy always willing to help!

I happened to be in the lobby the other day when another costumer was screaming at the poor girl working the phones she kept apologizing and trying not to escalate the situation offering a discount or credit even tried to offer to remake the food. Eventually someone who I assume is a manager came up and calmed the lady down. I felt so incredibly bad for the girl she looked as though she was going to cry. This is why I will always treat costumer service workers with my upmost respect. the people they have to deal with I have ordered here for years and the workers have always been super nice and respectful. I love their food as well. The burgers are awesome just like the pizza and my favorite, the buffalo chicken wrap!
