I have frequented the shopping center where this restaurant is for over 5 years but never ate here. Decided to try it because i was craving lasagna. It was OUTSTANDING! I did pick-up and it was hot, serving size is huge, pasta is homemade, and they did not skimp on the cheese! I added red pepper flakes when i got home because i love spicy but it would have been fine without it. When I entered a pleasant young man who was in the kitchen area greeted me and found my order. And the garlic knots are addictive. I’ll definitely eat here again.

If I can get nothing but zeros, I would however I called this guy asked for the manager. He said he was I ordered a double cheese double pepperoni however it did not have double pepperoni do not order from this place. And very rude, worst customer service ever

My wife and I decided to try this place after a workout. The pizza was really good. The dough is slightly thicker. But the quality was good and the service was pretty nice. Seems like there may be a small language barrier so just be patient when ordering. Prices were reasonable as well !

The girl on the cashier is a horrible, unprofessional, customer deterrent. I would fire her for the sake of your business. The food is great, cooks are nice, the atmosphere is cozy, but the girl is the one thing wrong about this establishment.

Ordered the lasagna and it was delicious. I rarely leave comments but I’m compelled to do so. Besides the great taste, the portion size was huge and came with four delicious garlic knots. The icing on the cake was the price! $9.50 for lasagna. Can’t get that price anywhere anymore. I’ll definitely be going back.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Pre-ordered pizza and a salad at 4:00 pm for a 6:15 pm delivery. Pizza did not arrive until 6:35 pm. When I opened the box I was completely disappointed! The pizza looked like it came from the Pizza Hut across the parking lot from this location. Absolutely terrible pizza. The pizza was also cold. I spent 37.00 on this Pizza and Salad and what a waste of money. If I wanted Pizza Hut I would have ordered it and would have paid a lot less money for it. Do not order from Coppolla’s Pizza!

My wife ordered food for me to pick up. I arrived home and realized they forgot to give me a salad. I called Cappolla’s to get a refund and the employee said he remembered making it and giving it to me. I told them to call me back after they review their surveillance video and they never called me back. I have been going there for years and they will never get my business after this.

The owners and managers have always treated me with respect and have always show above and beyond what customer service entail’s. I’m not even Italian I’m a dark brown Mexican. I’ve been more comfortable in their lobby than I’ve been in some Mexican places cuz even south of the border, the darker you are the harder it is.
