First time trying musubi at restaurant. I usually make my own. They were great. They were like hard to eat because they fall apart when you are eating and it makes things messy. I think price is little high for something small but they were still decent. I would go back.

Another trend. A $9 Musubi supersized with lots of steamed rice which dries up when it’s cold. Mostly rice, so it’s not as tasty as it should. I guess location also made it as expensive as everything else in the food court, costs are as much as a sit-in restaurant. Rice bowl was okay, but still too much for what you get. I’d rather go to a sit-in Japanese or Hawaiian restaurant for the same ingredients, priced better and more delightful.

I recommend Capital Musubi. I tried the seasonal kungpao musubi and the tuna musubi. Both were excellent. I paired my musubi with mac n cheese, miso, and stir fried bokchoy(not pictured) from the Chinese restaurant directly across the hallway. That Chinese restaurant sells stir fried water spinach in addition to bokchoy. I recommend you buy some Chinese vegetables from across the hallway and pair it with this musubi for best results.

The musubi tasted alright but I personally don’t think it’s worth the price and it’s really not THAT “supersized”, just a lot of rice which really shouldn’t cost that much. Haven’t tried their other items but I don’t think I’d eat here again unless I’m really craving musubi (and really wanna pay for it).

Not bad for mall food, not great otherwise. The shrimp tempura bowl was actually pretty good (although the egg was sort of mealy) and the kimchi in the kimchi spam musubi was the strangest tasting kimchi I’ve ever had (although maybe that’s partly my fault for getting kimchi at a musubi place). The miso soup was fine but the tofu was clearly extra firm even though it’s better to do firm or even softer. Probably not worth going out of your way for but not terrible.

Quick, simple, and absolutely delicious! There is a kiosk in the front you send your order on, with pictures for every single item. You lose out a little on the personal interaction element, but it saves you from having any mishaps with your order or worrying about language barriers.

Cute little eatery in the mall. The concept is so simple yet delicious! Made to order and is always fresh. So many great options to choose from. Tastes much better than my homemade musubi!

This was an interesting place. Had a shrimp tempura masubi. It wasn’t bad. Kind of like a giant sushi. I didn’t really taste the Spam which is good I guess? I don’t think Spam is too healthy though so I probably wouldn’t get this again.

I have been eyeing out Capital Musubi since I saw a couple of videos of this place. Went there with a lot of high hopes but were they met?

It looks like it won’t be enough but it is! I got the Diablo chicken and the Spicy chicken musubi and it’s definitely worth 5 stars. I was expecting it to be crazy spicy due to the name but was presently surprised when it wasn’t.
