I came here with very low expectations for Mexican food (although, not to say that I’m any expert of Mexican cuisine) and Cantina exceeded my expectations. I got the enchiladas the first time and a taco plate my second time. First of all, I reeally liked the Spanish rice. For the tacos, I was completely expecting some super Americanized tacos with ground beef or something. To my surprise, they actually resembled street tacos and they were not bad!

The service was slow due to lack of staff. Took awhile to wait for my drink and food. The prices are high but that’s life today. The drinks are good but definitely had better especially for the price! The food was okay, had the nachos and it was a good size. The tamales are not great.

Out-of all the choices grom.our all.season dining pass, it’s a decent option. We opted for the Carne asada burrito with chips Togo on out way out of the park! Only one cashier open, that delayed the ordering process, but the food prep was fast and the employees were super friendly and polite.

We ordered dinner. I had the 3 taco asada plate. My husband ordered the grande burrito and requested NO RICE. Park was closing early for Knotts scary farm, so we took it to go. We arrived home and my husband took one bite of his burrito and got a mouth full of RICE. He opened up his burrito it had very little meat, no beans and mostly rice. My husband hates Spanish rice, so to say the least he was upset and tossed the burrito in the trash. The counter girl needs to pay attention to what the customer is ordering. We were there on a Tuesday, so some of the food places had only one counter person working. My 3 asada tacos were good.

Food service is absolutely the worst…over 40 minutes to get to orders of nachos…really…did they grow the corn and hand make the tortilla chips too.

Boring cardboard burrito served in a noisy and nerve racking environment. I gave 1 star because we got our food fairly quickly.
