I found this restaurant on a 30A FB group and the reviews are right, this place is amazing! It’s quaint but the interior is very pretty and the staff was very welcoming and courteous. You definitely a very filling meal for the price you pay, well worth it for sure. The waffles were airy and cooked to perfection. The classic avocado toast was delicious and the salmon tasted fresh. I recommend going on an empty stomach because of all the options and come with a sweet and savory tooth.

Service is 100% satisfactory. I can’t explain how incredibly amazing the food is here. Today was my first time eating here. I spotted this place because I saw a video of their cinnamon rolls on TikTok. Absolutely amazing cinnamon rolls!!! I have never had one this good in my life. It was perfectly cooked, flakey and soft but not too soft. The cream cheese icing was mouth watering and me and my husband shared one but we couldn’t get enough. My mind was honestly BLOWN. You HAVE to go eat here and order a cinnamon roll starter, maybe order two!! I couldn’t be more happy with my experience here. The service was amazing and the food portions were perfect! All the employees were on top of their game and so nice. We sat at the bar and it was so fun watching the food come out. We will be coming back before we leave 30A Florida! Thank you Canopy Road Cafe, you’ve got it down to a T!

Amazing find while we visited Rosemary Beach. The area is saturated with eateries so you’ll have no problem finding a place. For the most part there is a short wait everywhere. At Canopy Road, we were seated in less then 15 mins, service was amazing and the food was even better. Nothing disappointed, from the appetizer to the mains…listening to the table next to us, they were talking about how they visit at least once a week, and I can totally see why. Definitely take the time to visit this spot.

Food and staff are amazing! The large menu has something for everyone! It’s hard to choose just one thing. The staff was helpful with recommendations. Me and my famil love the fried green tomatoes, Nashville chicken meal, and my sons pancakes. I recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, atmosphere, and service.

EXCELLENT breakfast and brunch. We were visiting from Seattle and had breakfast here the first day. Tried somewhere else the next day and decided to come back to Canopy Road Cafe the rest of our trip!! Didn’t take pictures of everything, but everything was excellent. I wish I took a picture of the churro waffles. Those were to die for, so so good my goodness. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Coffee was good. Food was amazing. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience. I wish they were local to us so we could go more often! There’s so many things on their menu I want to try!!

Small eating area inside but you can sit outside. Wait turn out to be 1 hour wait to be seated after a mixup on number of guest. Food was above average and had most anything requested. Would go back again. Pricing is on the higher side but you are at the beach.

Idk who gave this place anything but 5 stars but they’re wrong. I’d give it 6/5 if I could. We got a breakfast burrito and the blueberry cobbler pancakes. The burrito would have been enough to give a good review and the home fries were amazing. I’ve never seen home fries cooked so crispy and delicious. However, the pancakes were life changing. I can’t explain in words how delicious they were. My first bite I was expecting just some plain ole blueberry pancakes. The next thing I knew was the most heavenly experience of my life. The crunchy cinnamon and the blueberry drizzle just exploded with flavor and delight. If you go here and don’t get pancakes you’re doing it wrong. But I’m all seriousness the pancakes were so amazing I had to leave a review lol

Great place! The servers are extremely friendly, and the food was GREAT! Highly recommended. I had the special – chicken biscuit and home fries. My boyfriend had two pancakes, bacon, and eggs. The portion sizes are LARGE. 20min drive away from Panama City Beach. We will attend again and try something different on the menu. Don’t think twice about going. You won’t be disappointed. This is our new baecation spot for food! Telling my homegirls as well!
