Cane Rosso’s fresh, never-frozen dough is made in-house every day, using all natural OO flour imported from Italy. The sauce for our pizzas is made from hand-crushed San Marzano tomatoes, and our mozzarella is pulled fresh in-house daily. Cane Rosso pizzas are thin-crust, but are most definitely not “New York style.” Neapolitan style pizzas like ours are meant to be eaten with a knife and fork and are crafted using only the highest quality ingredients available. Our pizzas are fired in our specially built wood-fired oven from Italy that reaches 900 degrees and cooks our pizzas in under 90 seconds for a delicate and light, slightly charred dough. Cane Rosso also offers a selection of pastas, salads, sandwiches, and desserts.

I have had the pizza here and I really like it. The last time we went I ordered chicken Alfredo and we also got the waffles for brunch. The waffles were some of the best waffles we’ve ever had because of the marmalade and nuts on top. My pasta was good too, but those waffles The service was friendly and attentive. The location is also great because there’s parking nearby and there’s other restaurants and fun things to do around that area. Since this wasn’t our first time there, I only have pictures of our last visit but previously we have ordered their tiramisu block and that was also very tasty.

Had the Mama voodoo juju and the beat writer. Talk about flavorful. Great pizza that wasn’t too filling. The atmosphere is intimate and engaging. Jaime was the server and provided great service without being overbearing. Need to come back when I am not on business meal. The dessert menu looks amazing and I cannot wait to try some.

First time visiting on 7/16, I cannot believe that have only just found this place, they make the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had in Downtown Arlington! I’ve tried all the other places in Downtown Arlington that offer gluten-free crust and this is the undisputed winner out of all of them even. It’s well worth the $5 gluten-free crust charge, if the crust is that good; I am not sure if the gluten free crust is made in the house though. However, I did have some minor discomfort after eating my Pizza so there might have been some cross-contamination.

Not my favorite type of pizza, the prosciutto pizza could have more prosciutto to make it worth it, if you don’t love garlic order it with no garlic because they put huge pieces of garlic, we ordered without it. The flatbread garlic was really good, the pasta was cut, which was weird, but the flavor was good.

Cute, popular, friendly vibe. Place was seriously busy. Salads were good and assuming their pasta dishes were good as most tables had pasta plates around us.

Been here lots of times and nothing bad to say! Sometimes the quality of the pizza can vary a bit depending on who’s in the kitchen, but nothing drastic. Otherwise, we will keep coming to try out more and more of their menu!

Friday night arrived at 6pm. Restaurant was half empty inside. There was an estimated 30min wait, ended up being 45min. When we finally got sat, we were sat at a table that had been empty the entire time we had waited. There were 4 hostesses, but it seemed like no one was in charge. Numerous wait staff standing around chatting. When we left they finally sat the front area, an entire section previously left open and there was magically no wait. Food was good and our server was good.

Food was great! Very accommodating to my Gluten-free and dairy free diet. They knew the allergy items on the menu. Will definitely return when we are in this area.

The food is delicious, the staff as a whole was friendly and attentive. Our server was amazing. She was fun, happy and friendly. Our beverages were kept full and our needs were handled quickly. I wish I could remember her name so I could give her a shout out. This is not the least expensive place to eat but it is high quality and the prices are going up everywhere. The atmosphere is nice but a little crowded.

Great experience all around. Restaurant is clean. We sat at the bar. The wait staff was attentive and informative. We started with the caprese salad and spinach artichoke dip. Both were amazing. The Billy Ray Valentine pizza was perfect. The pasta was the best I’ve ever had.
