Queso is runny warm milk. This is a chimichanga with cheese sauce on top. Do you see any cheese sauce? Exactly my point. Not there. The waiter asked if I wanted more on top. I laughed and said nope i dont need any more watery stuff on my already soggy chimi. This place is a joke. I highly recommend not eating here!

Nice little place, we came in during lunch rush and had our food within minutes. Server was very attentive, larger servings and priced well. The food was quit good, sauces not extremely hot, you can ask for warmer if you prefer. We were surprised to find mole sauce as we haven’t found it anywhere in Wichita or surrounding areas. We definitely will be back when we are in the area.

I got there before my husband, and waited 5 min. before anyone even acknowledged me… that was my first clue. The young lady at the counter made eye contact, but never said anything to me, just yelled at someone else to talk to me. When they finally sat us down, the bowl for our salsa was dirty, and the girl knew it, she apparently didn’t think I would notice. I immediately gave her the bowl back. We ordered pretty quickly, and my husband’s food came in about 5-7 min. Not mine- he was literally done with everything before anyone even acknowledged that I hadn’t received my food. The girl came back and said sorry, it would be out shortly, but it still took another 10 min. The restaurant was not busy AT ALL, by the way. When my food came to the table, it was not correct. I work in customer service, and I know it is very hard work, so I really do try to be understanding. But this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a restaurant. We boxed up my food immediately and took it home!

We had a very enjoyable lunch. The food was piping hot with liberal portions. The chili reyano was excellent , the taco decent . Asked for hotter salsa which mixed well with their regular. Very pleasant staff, colorful atmosphere and ice cold beer. We can’t wait to go back and maybe try a margarita!

The food was great. Our server was new and trying to help another newer girl. So service was a bit in the department of wanting. Our waitress was very friendly, always smiling, but not on top of her game. Part of our party came late and with her being new could play into the cards.

Went in for lunch and ordered chicken enchiladas. The chicken quality was very tough to the point of being unable to cut the enchiladas. Don’t know if it was old or over cooked. The waitress didn’t offer the remake it nor did she take anything off of the bill. Instead paid $15 for rice, beans and poor service. If looking for better quality I’d recommend Taco Bell down the street. You’ll at least have edible food.

It had been a while since we were at the Cancun Mexican Grill. I would rate the food at a four. We had the margarita sampler with what we thought was the understanding we were going to be ordering regular margaritas after that. Unfortunately, however, once they brought our food we never saw them again until they brought us the check. That rated a 2.5. Even though they were going to be open for another 30 or 45 minutes after we had our food, they seemed more interested in closing than serving their customer. SAD very sad.
