Great food and wine. Service by Serg was spot on. Fantastic people watching. Make a reservation as the entire restaurant was full by 7pm on a Monday in August. If I had to nitpick, the semi-freddo should have been allowed to warm up a little bit.

I wish I was exaggerating when I say this was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. The Polpette Meatball appetizer was so hard I had to use a knife to cut through it. The texture of the meat was weird, with a solid, processed bite and they were cold in the middle. Definitely didn’t taste homemade. The tomato sauce tasted just like tomato soup. yuck. My partner and I both ordered pasta which was dry and bland. The only seasoning that we could taste was salt. My pasta was way too al dente. We were also put off that the server was complaining to the host about taking more tables right in front of us. But he and the bussers ended up taking good care of us. The ratio of the expense to the quality and quantity of food was wildly out of proportion. I didn’t complain because I was too hungry and honestly just wanted to get out of there, but I won’t ever go back.

Amazing food, wine, service and vibe! I loved the mushroom ravioli and the zucchini pesto pasta. The wine was delicious, and they have an extensive list to choose from. A great Italian spot, highly recommend this for an authentic and delicious meal!

Campo De Fiori is so good I wish I could camp outside and eat their pappardelle boscaiola every night. The later your reservation the better! This place starts to vibe the darker it gets outside. One can easily let slip a couple hours tossing back espresso martinis and fraternizing with the local staff. Every time I’m in Aspen I make sure to have a reservation here as it’s my favorite restaurant in town!

Long wait and then the waiter wasn’t too friendly or engaged and seemed rushed to take our order.

So this is the best restaurant in Aspen where you get a mix of excellent cuisine and reasonable cost. Everything we had here was good, from the wine to the appetizers and the pastas. Nothing pretentious here. Just good food and service. There is a reason it’s been around for so long.

Here’s an interesting review: Just in Aspen, wanted to dine but did not have time to visit Campo. However, my Wife and I visited my old home, wherein the Owner invited us inside and spotlighted the updates – it had been 20years since our last visit. The Owner could not have been nicer, more pleasant or more understanding. As we were driving away, we were chatting with former neighbors who let us know that the (new) Owner was none other than the Founder of Campo – Elizabeth. If her character only half translates into gastronomical acumen, Campo is a “must try.” We can’t wait to indulge on our return trip…

Great food! Fresh ingredients. Even gave us a massive bowl of Parmesan for bread dipping. Wine is spot on. Eggplant Parmesan was flavorful.

Our meal was very good. They are proud of their food but everything was very tasty. I had the Bolognese and it was just like I’ve had it in Florence. My wife had the halibut special and she loved it.

Jen in the coat check is a treasure. I came to Campo for the amazing pasta, the hot host, and the excellent playlist, but I left my heirloom fur at Campo with Jen bc she was so attentive. Excellent spot, will return hoping that Jen is there
