At Calogero’s we strive for nothing other than, the best quality food we can provide. In doing so, we are constantly staying educated, continuing our overall development and keeping old traditions alive. It is important that we give you traditional food as we believe it to be. When you have our food we want it to be a memorable experience.

All our pizza and bread is handcrafted! The dough is created using our lievito madre, mixed with simple ingredients of flour and water. Our dough fermentation process takes 48 hours before it is baked into delicious pizza or bread.

Oh my goodness, this restaurant is amazing! I had been craving a hot honey pepperoni pizza for what felt like forever, and this place absolutely delivered! Not only was the pizza everything I had hoped for, but the Pane al Rosmarino completely stole the show – it was a mouthwatering blend of savory and salty flavors, and the infused olive oil took it to the next level! Seriously, if you’re looking for an incredible dining experience, you have got to check out this place!

Calogero’s Pizzeria has Amazing Tasting Pizza. The Fresh hand made sourdough, cheese, and sauce (gravy) just sets it apart from any Pizzeria!!! I felt like I was having a Little Taste of Italy!!! My First time Tasting “Authentic” Tasting Italian Pizza in the Chicagoland area. I couldn’t buy a Slice I had to buy a whole Pie!!! I had the pleasure of meeting the Owner at the Oswego Fest. I was very Surprised to hear they do catering!!! I will have to have them out when the Italian side of my Family comes to visit from Jersey. Thank you for a Great Meal and Great Service!!! Wow. So impressed with the quality and passion in every flavor. Such a fun vibe with a few tables for dine in. Ordered a pepperoni pizza since he was out of sausage, Carciofi, and bruschetta – all were fantastic. Bread and crust were so fresh. Cannoli was the absolute best ever had – crust so flaky, fresh, and flavorful, just soo yummy. No public restroom. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back.

Wow. The reviews are fantastic so I was hoping this place would be good and I was not disappointed. If you like wood fired pizza, this is perfect. The fresh sourdough crust had that traditional “leopard spotted” char that is so tasty and shows that the chef knows what he’s doing. The toppings were fresh and generous. Even better, the garlic knots were something exceptional. Crispy outside and chewy inside, garnished with cheese and olive oil. Clearly the chef is a master at baking. They had some gorgeous looking bread loaves that I will go back to try. I’m picky about bread and I’m very impressed. The crust and garlic knots tasted like something you’d get at a European bakery. I haven’t been this impressed by a restaurant in years. This is something special.

Calogero’s is a small Old world Italian restaurant with phenomenal pizzas made from the freshest of ingrediants. They have a rotating menu that changes about every month to reflect what the chef wants to serve. The hostess and chef were both delightfully kind, and truly made our experience a great one. The funghi pizza was incredible, and the bruschetta complimented it wonderfully. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for big flavours and high quality, and I will personally be returning soon!

I have traveled all over the United States in my military career and as a native of Brooklyn NY, pizza is extremely hard to impress me with .. until I went to Calogero’s .. not only was the hospitality, the family history inside of the restaurant mesmerizing…. But the Pizza…. OOOOMYGOODNESS! .. it brought NYC PIZZA back to my taste buds!! By far the BEST Pizza I have tasted in years! I will surely be returning in my travels!! And I recommend to anyone reading this.. you have to try this Pizza! Bravo Zulu Calogero’s!!
