Stopped in while here from NYC and I have no complaints. Very warm and friendly service. We were surprised with some delicious soup samples that also made for a good french fry dip! The crab dip in bread was the best ever. Very rich and creamy and full of flavor and the bread was so fresh. My bf had the crab cake sandwich and loved it. My crab legs were just right. We’ll be back.

We got carry-out from here today. It was excellent. The crab cakes are packed with fresh meat, seasoned and cooked right. The fried shrimp were great. The side salad was super fresh and a good size. The dining room looks great. The bar is old school cool. The server at the bar was really friendly. I can’t wait to go back and try some other things on the extensive menu. It’s a little pricey but you get what you pay for.

My Marine Veteran Husband had a fun time meeting an Air Force Veteran from Andrews Airforce Base, and the Crab Cake is as good as my Grandma’s from the Northern Neck of VA on the Chesapeake Bay. Guy Fieri should visit this place. Hidden Gem!

Some of the things here are fantastic. Crab cakes, burgers, awesome. The onion rings are some of the best you’ll ever have. I’ve had a steak from here a few times and it was just okay–they also skew heavily towards “rare” if you order medium rare, as a heads-up. Most of the things here are really good, if a bit overpriced. Good service, too.

First time at Callaghan’s and it won’t be the last. The bartender recommended the seafood flatbread. He was right in the money. Delicious and worth every penny. I immediately got over my anger about Giant Eagle running out of fish.

Good food at a fair price. Service was great – will definitely go back next time in town.

Love this place as it reminds me a little of an English pub. Very cozy. Went out with a group of people. The service was the best I have had in a long time. Food was for the most part good My friend had the Callahan’s special I think it was called and loved it. Another liked the strawberry salad. I had the fish and chips and the chips were excellent but the batter on the fish was too thick and mealy with only a couple of the corners blackened that were crisp. I wish they had a great recipe that was always used as this dish is sometimes great and sometimes a regret. I had the turkey Reuben last week and that was a winner. Still will always return just wish for consistency.

Food and atmosphere were great, with live music, but waitress was a little slow. Will try it again.

So my son and I went here last night for the first time. I have to admit it doesn’t look like much from the outside but once you walk in it’s very warm and inviting. We got there about 3:00 p.m. and honestly we were the only ones in the dining room, however that did not stay the situation for long. The food is very pricey but it is very much worth it!!! We started off with soup, My son got cream of crab and I got the French onion… BOTH WERE DELICIOUS. My son ordered two more appetizers and then we each got our entree as well as dessert to go home. Everything was absolutely worth the price.

It was great to see Callahan’s reopen with a nice shaded outdoor dining addition. Doing great after only being open a couple of days. Crab cake on point as always– nice lump meat.
