THE CALIXTES STORY:
So, in 2018, an American wife (Cassandra), meets Haitian husband (Elouima), and she states, He had me at first plate!
She’d never experienced such an enticing taste that is until Elouima served her one of his traditional, homemade, cuisines.
A cheerful cook herself, she’d later returned the well-deserved bonus.
With the Calixte’s unique backgrounds & joy for creating delicious cuisines together, they say it has and will keep them blessed, dear & in closeness, as delicious food is what brought them together in the first place.

Highly recommend the griot and cremas I was hesitant to try the griot fried pork after getting it from a different spot just a week prior that was super dry, but Calixte’s griot was so tasty that I got a second serving! And the cremas tasted like Christmas. It was so good that everyone at our table was fighting over who would get to finish the end of the bottle. Great vibes, friendly service, and yummy food — I can’t wait to order for my next party and to try more menu items.

Where do I start, from the ordering of the food to the pickup of the food the communication was impeccable the professionalism omg top notch. We ordered the Griot, the turkey, the macaroni and the rice & beans plus cremas and a rum cake, omg all of it was not just good but beyond good, my wife and I have found a new catering company that we will use not only for special events but for Sunday dinners as well. That lemonade and that cake is so Calixte’s is definitely a secret gem, everyone was praising the food. We will forever be customers

Its an entire vibe! The atmosphere is full of love. You feel like you have walked inside the Carribean yet felt like you were at home in the America’s. This is literally the BEST cremas I’ve had hands down!! The taste was smooth not overly sweet or strong. The bottle is HUGE FOR $25!! I wish I took a picture of the bottle but it did not last a day in my household. The delivery did not take long at all. The owners are very professional and answered every question I had about the order. If you are thinking about placing an order do it!! It will NOT disappoint.
