What a welcoming place. Located on a pedestrian street and surrounded by many restaurants and shops, this place transport you to the many little alleys and food packed streets in Greece. We really enjoyed our lunch on the terrace. The service was top notch. Alexander took great care of us and his suggestions were spot on. Our food came hot and well presented. All the dishes we tried were delicious. The moussaka, the lamb chops and the Greek salad were very good. The mezze trio paired with the house wine was also fantastic. The cherry on the cake was the Greek yogurt desert!

I’ve been to Calista a fair few times and it never disappoints! The restaurant itself makes you feel like you have been transported from Coral Gables to Greece! The food is always delicious and authentically Greek and the service on all my experiences has been wonderful.

This was hands down one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Everything was so well done, the food was fantastic, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. I was down in Miami for a Marlins game and I will find a way to Miami again and make sure to go here. This was an all around A+ meal.

Great location to have a lunch outside on a beautiful day. The service was great, waiter was friendly, attentive and never let our glasses run dry. Food wise, we tried the lunch Prix Fixe $29 menu to get a taste of all they could offer. Started off with the shrimp Santorini for an additional $5 – it brings four large shrimp, but unfortunately a bit over cooked for my taste and tough and texture. Wished it was accompanied by bread to soak up the red sauce it comes with.The keftedes (meatball) is a must – tender, juicy, and full of flavor. For the main course, the branzino was delicate and perfect for a light affair. The seafood pasta was tasteful with a decent amount of mussels, clams, octopus, and shrimp. Somewhat heavy for a lunch but I enjoyed it. I must mention the shrimp and octopus were over cooked once again, very tough and rubbery. For dessert, the Greek yogurt with cherry preserves was a nice blend of bitter and sweet. I don’t know what I was expecting for the Mosaiko, but the tasteless log doused in chocolate syrup was definitely not it (hard pass). Although not running back, I do want to try their Greek salad given everyone around me had ordered one. But in my opinion, there are other options for Mediterranean seafood in the area at the same price point.

Absolutely best Greek restaurant in Miami! The Greek salad with feta cheese is so fresh and delicious. All the fish is so fresh and tasty. Absolutely fantastic. The service is outstanding too. I am glad that they are now open for lunch too! It’s my favorite restaurant in the Gables and on Giralda! Highly recommend it!

Today was my third time here. The food is so tasty and delicious, I crave coming back. Service is always great! Owners are so nice and welcoming. Please try the 5 dips, the Greek salad and the fried cheese. All so good!! Hopefully they open another one some place else soon, because is getting packed of how good it is.
