Went there during lunch. Unsure if menu I had was lunch or full menu. The waiter was prompt in getting to our table and getting our order in. Chips and salsa were brought to table within minutes of us sitting along with our drinks.

The restaurant has good vibes and is family owned. We ordered pupusas and tacos and could tell the food was made fresh. The only negative with the meal was that our rice was overcooked.

When it was California Mexican grill it was pretty good. It is now Mas Tequila. Very disappointing experience. To start with, they did not have mild salsa. My daughter ordered a single burrito supreme but they charged us for the lunch special which included rice and beans. They did not give her rice and beans. If they were going to charge her for lunch special then they should have given her the rice and beans. My lunch special came with rice and beans but they did not bring me the beans. I had to tell the waitress twice about the beans. When I got the beans, they had no flavor and the rice, although had a good taste, was slightly crunchy (undercooked). The staff was really nice but appeared to be really struggling with the new restaurant.

Okay firstly, we were so excited to eat our food that we forgot to take pictures. The food smelled SO DELICIOUS!!! The chips and dip were delicious. Fresh and tasted homemade. We had a taco salad and a Fajita with steak, shrimp and chicken. Everything was really good!!! Everything was FRESH! We had the cantelope drink which tasted so refreshing. Service was great!! Food came out fast and hot!!!! Everyone at the restaurant was SUPER NICE. Very nice place to eat if your into or craving Mexican food.

It’s a food truck so atmosphere is not at the top of the list! Very good Mexican food and quick service this evening though they appear to be very busy at lunch. Of course, the hot weather may have something to do with fewer people in the evening. The prices seem reasonable for today’s market and they have several good food choices.

The food was amazing an the prices were more than reasonable. The only complaint I had was the slow service. I had to give my wife my water an they weren’t even busy. If the service wasn’t slow this would have been a 5 star review. What a shame. If your in a rush go to Tacobell instead.

I had never been here before and came on a whim after seeing a Yelp review. The bean dip is outstanding. The chicken fajitas are probably the best I’ve ever tasted in my life and I’ve had fajitas in multiple states. I wanted to just finish lunch and sit there to wait for dinner. The portion sizes are great for the price. We had lunch chicken fajitas, lunch steak and chicken fajitas, and a California burrito all for under $30. Will most definitely be back.

If you like Pozole you need to try this place. What makes theirs better than others is it’s full of meat with no bones and not spicy hot to over power the true taste of the soup. Good job California!

I had the Menudo and some Pink Moscato Wine and Chips with black bean bean dip. It was so delicious and fulfilling. I even had to buy a bottle of that Pink wine it was so good.

Best Mexican food I’ve ever had!! Excellent service and amazing food!! If you haven’t eaten here, you should!! You won’t be disappointed!! I had a chimichanga with both chicken and shrimp in it and me friend had the el speedy with a chicken enchilada and a beef soft taco, both were super good!! The cheese dip and salsa were also great!!
