This place has really gone down the drain in recent years. Service is almost non existent and their attitudes are even worse. We ordered a southwest salad and did not get corn or tortilla strips on a SOUTHWEST SALAD?? Say what? Nickel and dime the customers seems to be the name of the game these days and this place does that very well charging for every little thing including sour cream and salsa?? Not impressed as the food lacked the usual Tex-Mex flavors.

They just gave me the worst service ever! I got my order wrong first and then BIDDY started telling me I was wrong and that I wasn’t right and that she was right and then I wanted to just get a refund I didn’t want anymore and they couldn’t even give me my change back they asked me for the change they gave me back after this was 1015 minutes after like I kept the exact change with me???

California Tortilla is a better choice when you thinking of burrito, they have fresh foods made to order with high quality ingredients. That’s the basic you expect, however, Paco, in this location, went beyond our expectations when our order prepared late. He stopped by our table, brought coupons, free guac, chips and said he’s sorry and felt bad several time. My family really enjoyed his respect and sense of responsibility.
