When in doubt, shop it out, then go to California Pizza Kitchen.

Went there twice for lunch. Both times soup was not ready and they had to microwave it right in front of me while pizza was standing there for about 10 minutes just getting cold. Pizza chicken and some bbq sauce slapped on it. Never again.

I know I sound like a broken record or maybe I have really good luck with the places I have visited lately as Once again I am giving a high rating. It us on the strenght of the food and service I feel deservedly. We had the Thai Chicken Pizza, The Chicken with Brussel Sprouts, Potato Soup, Mexican Street Corn and the Kung Poa Chicken Pasta. Pizza & soup were good, Chicken w/Brussel Sprouts tasty and the pasta — Street Corn were excellent and SPICEY. The service was excellent as well. The young lady who was our server was pleasant, friendly, sincere, and attentive without being obnoxious. Unfortunately for my budget it was a little pricey so I probably won’t be visiting as frequently as I would like.

It is a bit expensive, pizza is average. The salad was good and I enjoyed the egg rolls . Waiter was really nice and desert was good too .

Love the tomato bisque, the Thai crunch salad and every pizza they make. The mall is slow and that has impacted CPK, but it os still a great meal.

Plan on having anything from the menu. We had to change our order multiple times because they didn’t have ingredients. On top of this we ordered an appetizer which they didn’t have ingredients for but told that to us when our main food showed up. The food was fine but really disappointing you can’t depend on them having what is on the menu

My family and I went to this location and immediately upon entering we were greeted by our kind waiter, Carmelo. He was very nice and jovial with us, and gave us a generous amount of bread as appetizers compared to other locations, where we were given very few pieces of bread for the amount of people being served. When our pizzas arrived, he offered to top them with grated cheese on the spot and brought us crushed red pepper, two things that we’ve never been offered before at any other location. It was a very thoughtful service that shocked us, waiters and waitresses at other locations have never been as attentive as Carmelo. He always thoughtfully tended to our needs and checked in with us frequently to refill our drinks. Carmelo definitely changed our expectations about what a California Pizza Kitchen restaurant can offer to its customers, and we’re happy that the manager Fabio has such a kind individual like Carmelo on the team.

CPK is used to be my favorite gourmet custom trendy pizza. The hand toss, gluten-free selections with unique flavors. However I have not had a chance to try them in years and realized this time around the quality has been dropped. For nearly $20 (excluded taxes) with additional topping $3 each. I was hoping I really would get a gourmet one and should be enough to feed 3 people (mostly one adult and two small kids). Unfortunate that the size is real small which I do not recall is being this small. You can see based on the photo. It’s almost like a personal pizza. It came in 6 slices and about 10″ round. The dough is being dry, not enough sauce, barely any cheese or any toppings even I ordered adding extra. Besides that I also ordered the cobb chicken salad. I did pay for full size which is about $20. The half size is $15 before taxes. The chicken was dry, mostly a whole container is just lettuce and tomatoes. It also feels like this is not a full size. I cannot imagine half size would be how small. I must say the quality is very low on food and ingredients. Flavors aren’t good. Something is seriously wrong with the kitchen. This has nothing wrong with the Uber eat that I ordered from. The driver came quick and food was delivered great. Totally disappointed! The bill came out with these two orders (excluding tips and delivery fees) was close to $50. This is really ripped off. We ended up had to place another order at pizza place somewhere else as we were still hungry.

Service was bad. Employees sitting around talking and joking, while our food sat on the counter more than 5 minutes. Husband had to ask them to give us our food.
