Sherie was AMAZING! Best waitress we’ve ever had! She knew what she was doing, knew what we wanted before we got the chance to ask and best of all took care of us like we were family. Food was good plus we paid a good price (especially compared to the icky sandwich we bought at the coffee shop next door).

We were skeptical after we saw the negative reviews. But, the service was exceptionally good and the food tasted excellent as well. Not at all bad for an airport restaurant. We got the bbq pizza, they graciously replaced meat with pineapple as we are vegetarians. It tasted really good.

Servers were friendly. Yet, the service was poor, food was slow and beverages poor due to coffeemaker not heating the beverage- had to microwave it – and not decaf coffee or tea. Eggs were cold and greasy. Bacon chewy and greasy. Bacon pizza was alright but wouldn’t order it again.

Dined at the LA airport CPK location whilst waiting for the flight. They had a limited menu probably because of the airport location. The Wild Mushroom pizza was crispy and flavorful; we asked to add chicken on it but the chicken itself was very bland.

I had a little bit of time on my flight before so I stopped by this place to pick up a quick pizza. I ordered a pepperoni pizza Togo and a couple people came after me and ordered the same thing. We were patiently waiting. The two girls who order after me got their food first and than a few minutes later I did too. When I opened it up I saw the edges were not even burned but CHARRED. I told the girl thaty pizza was buried her response was “I know they can remake it for you “. If you knew my pizza was like this why did you still give it to me? At thag point I couldnr wait another 20 minutes for another pizza and just ate the non charred parts. So disappointed. Never again…..

Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant, with the server coming over and immediately instigating conflict, despite a helpful and friendly host already explaining that we can customize pizza. After being seated, I asked what toppings were available ton customize a pizza.The server said “We’re not doing that!” Then I mentioned that the hostess said we could add/subtract, which I said I would do from a margherita pizza. He then said, “Fine!” I asked if there were any toppings off the menu. He said, “Just tell me what you want.” I said, “For example, do you have asparagus?” He snapped and said, “No, we don’t even have asparagus in the restaurant!” I said, “I understand. Should we stick to the ingredients in the menu?” My kids were visibly bothered by how rude he was to us, so I asked them if they wanted to leave. They immediately said, “Yes”.

Popular stop off point for air travelers on Alaska Airlines. Great vantage voue next to Gate 64B, overlooking the tarmac alongside United Airlines. Very busy restaurant with great food and beverages. Wait staff is truly amazing with everything and «teamwork» … highly recommended whenever waiting between flights or for departures. Competition is keen with many other to-go options available as well.

Worst customer service ever! The lady taking orders was very rude to me even though I’m a handicapped lady, I asked her for a Sandwich in the picture cause I didn’t know exactly which one was in the menu , please send her to take some customer service clases or at least ask her to be nice to people, I paid $36 for a breakfast sandwich and a Burrito and I don’t deserve to be treated that bad
