Saw bug crawling on the floor could have been a small roach, and the food didn’t look like it was good, and neither did it taste good. The quality of the food has gone down so much since I’ve been here last.

The food is good. But when I try to place an order over the phone they always have their phone disconnected. I have walked in the restaurant and phone is just hanging so the calls won’t go through. So I asked one of the workers and he said oh is because we are so busy and we don’t want to take no orders over the phone right now, and this was barely like at 4 in the afternoon. That is being so irresponsible. And I am trying to call this very moment and as I’m writing this review . I’ve been calling for 40 minutes already. I know I can just drive there wich I will but it just gets me mad how irresponsible that is. Instead of me waiting there for my food to be ready because is a big order I’m making now I have to go there and wait until they have the whole food ready. They really need to take care of this ASAP

STOP! Today I took my son for dinner after school. Despite both being hungry upon arrival unfortunately we left the same way. We ordered poke, spicy tuna bowl firecracker sushi1/2 roll and Jasmine 1/2 roll. Poke tuna was frozen in the center of the pieces.

Omg I always had a great experience , but it was horrible today katsu no sauce sushi roll was not what we orderd chicken katsu dry is it because it was to go ? We had no choice they said no more eat in orders. Use to spend $50 minimum ralphs sushi was even better

“I recently visited California Bowl and Sushi for a meal, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. When I arrived, I was completely ignored by the staff for several minutes before I had to grab a menu myself. The lack of attention made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable from the outset.
