I’ve been to this restaurant many times. The food is amazing , but the sad truth is the customer experience is terrible. No “we’re hiring sign” and are constantly understaffed. One guy trying to wait 12 tables and do carry out, is going to drive so many customers away. I’ve never seen so many people sitting at their table, looking at their watches, get up to grab napkins/ to go containers before. Our group sat for an hour without water. This is the same experience if had on multiple occasions. Hopefully they took a look at how they are operating soon… otherwise they will not survive.

Casual place with delicious food! We’ve had most items on their menu and found the flavors to be very good. Restaurant was busy on Thursday night but service was friendly and prompt. Happy to have a great neighborhood eatery.

Such a good experience. We ordered 3 tacos and the Cuban chicken sandwich. The food was absolutely delicious. The carne asada taco was to die for. The meet was so wonderfully spiced. The carnitas and the chicken were great too. The Cuban chicken sandwich came on a perfectly fresh Dutch Crunch roll and had a simple but delicious slaw + a HUGE amount of fabulous curly fries. We were given a fresh made batch of chips and salsa which were great. The menu is not huge but everything we are was wonderful. Can’t wait to come back.

My new fav burrito place in the Richmond! First time here. Great flavors. Got their al pastor super burrito (sans sour cream) with their cheesy crust. Indulgent and flavorful! They don’t have the wet burrito option on the menu but they will make it, as shown in my photos. Their chips and salsa are also satisfying in flavor and texture.

Best burrito in town! The cheesy crust on the burrito is soooo delicious. The salsas are made here and they are thick and not watered down. I normally don’t like veggies in my burrito but this is on another level. Great service, great atmosphere and the food is bomb. They just opened and the word is out.

Came here after a long day and we were starving. We were sat quick and chips and salsa was brought to us quickly. Chips sturdy and seasoned nicely, I’m sure their nachos are awesome. Salsa had a nice hint of spice but wasn’t overly spicy which was nice.
