We stopped to try this guys red beans and rice and end up ordering a brisket sandwich and sliced brisket plate with dirty rice and an order of red beans and rice. The meat was a bit dry, the dirty rice excellent and the red beans and rice were so so. Not my favorite thing but that’s just me. He was quick and polite and we will have to try something else next time.

Called ahead to make sure the Seafood Gumbo was ready. It was! The owner was very pleasant when I arrived. I left with gumbo, rice and a side of potato salad. My husband and I really did enjoy the gumbo and potato salad. Will definitely go back

Was lookin for some BBQ.. Everything is closed due to it being Easter Sunday. My husband called this place. The guy went out above and beyond to get us some BBQ together. The food was so worth it.. I definitely will recommend this place to my friends and if we are in the area we misr definitely will stop again. Thank You.

Oh my goodness!! I just left from there and can’t wait to go back and get more!! So good and he’s very personable. Said he’s going to expand with a outside seating area soon…can hardly wait! I’m telling all who will listen, lol 🙂 I got a boudan jalepeno and bbq sandwich. Trust me, when I get paid, going to try much more 🙂 …if you pass the first time, it’s worth turning around 🙂

Nice honest folks has the best BBQ in Livingston This man is trying to make it and is trying very hard. Everyone in Livingston needs to go to his place and support him. His food is great and reasonably priced. He also has homemade pickles and they are awesome. Drive out and get you some great bbq. Don’t forget to get you a jar of there pickles.
