Place was crowded, but we know that means people love it. Even with every table full, it wasn’t hard to hear my dinner companion at all. Food was amazing. We got the “Louisiana” level of spice and it was perfect . Halfway through our meal we decided to add to the tray and there was no issue with that at all. Our wait staff was amazing and answered all of our questions and made recommendations when we were uncertain. Would definitely recommend.

We attended as a party of seven for a birthday. Most of us got the same kinda platters. We didn’t go with any food that required us to use our hands much. We stuck to less mess, less stress. Their flavors were okay. Items on the drinks menu were desirable. High creds to their service because they were pretty attentive and quick to bring out our orders and drinks. It was easy to tell who our waiter was because the waiters wear pink shirts. Parking is pretty simple as they’re located in a corner lot plaza with plenty of parking. We dined on a weekday so it wasn’t too crazy busy. Just in case it’s best to call to make sure whether reservations are needed. Bring your happy-tite and hunger!

Crab was decent. Crawfish were grey and inedible. They tasted soooo olddd and were small. Got the Louisiana spice. Was decent, but no spice whatsoever. The “sausage” in the gumbo is straight up hotdogs. The only reason for the second star is because the service was great! Waitstaff were attentive and kind, and very helpful. I should have asked what the market price was before ordering, because $13/lb for crawfish is just obscene. Especially since I was in po’dunk Harker Heights. I was expecting cheaper and better and got pricier and worse :(((

As the end spot in a strip mall, from the outside, the place looks a little sketchy. Once you continue through the doors, it does feel a bit like a dive bar.

Every visit to the restaurant is a joy. The atmosphere is very relaxing with a Louisiana feel to it. A good place to take the family to enjoy a day or night on the town. The waitresses are always friendly and eager to make your experience here one to always remember. The food is always excellent and well seasoned. My favorite is shrimp and crableg combo, but you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Give them a try when you get a chance. You will not be disappointed.
