While driving through Utah, we stayed the night in St George and went to Zupas for dinner. I’d looked up reviews and they were very complimentary. It’s a fresh made style with an abundance of choices: 10 soups, 8 salads, 4 bowls and a variety of gourmet sandwiches. They also have a “choose two” option where a person can choose two items from a half a salad or soup or half bowl or a whole sandwich. We chose lobster bisque and a avocado crab melt, and chipotle chicken salad and chicken enchilada chili, all of which were delicious and reasonable. Both of us ate for 26$. The “choose two” also comes with a fresh homemade-style roll and a chocolate dipped strawberry we haven’t seen one of these restaurants before but hope they are coming to Canada.

Exemplary service! I came in a few days ago to purchase the Thai Chicken Salad and a fruit cup. Our server Lukas, did a great job of ensuring my daughter and I were served promptly, and made the cafe feel like home. Our food was delicious, and I’ll return next time I’m in the area. My compliments to the manager for hiring such a respectful, kind, and professional young man.

Big location with a ton of seating!!! Ordered salads and one of us got soup. Everything was yummy. We felt like they skimped a little on some of the ingredients. Chocolates covered strawberries are always a bonus. Their specialty lemonade/drinks are worth trying, very tasty.
