The best Cuban sandwich, steak sandwich, and cafe con leche around! The owner is so nice and you gotta try the wheat puff milkshake. Really good prices for the amount of food you get. If I could I would eat there every single day!!!

A must visit when flying into FLL. It’s about 6 minutes from the airport. Don Jose is amazing. The food is to die for! Very authentic feel going into the restaurant. They have dine in, carry out, and delivery with the major apps. Everything is delicious and you can’t forget your cafecito.

Delicious food for a good price, great location across from hotel we were staying at. I had the Palomilla steak with black bean soup, fried plantain, rice plate and an iced coffee and guava & cheese pastry DELICIOUS!

I’m utterly disappointed by the high rating. The cafe’s ambiance was far from inviting; it felt more like a greasy spoon diner with that overpowering smell of burnt oil lingering in the air. It’s hard to believe anyone could find that appealing. As for the coffee, the black brew was not only oddly sweet but also lacked the rich, robust flavor you’d expect. The orange juice was an absolute letdown, diluted to the point where it barely resembled real juice, and that strange chemical aftertaste left us questioning its quality. To put it simply, everything we tried was a culinary disaster! Such a disappointment, and we can only find solace in the friendly demeanor of the staff, earning this place a mere one-star rating.

Very cozy and warm atmosphere. This was our first stop out of the way from the airport, and we had a delightful brunch. The staff was friendly and greeted us in both Spanish and English, the service was excellent and personal. And the food, wow! The coffee was so flavorful and rich, the cuban sandwich was absolutely what you hope fpr, and the guava-cheese pastry was flakey and buttery with a savory sweet core. You’re gonna want to stop here, trust me.
