The staff were very friendly and patient as people try to navigate the countless options. The restaurant was very clean. Well, it is not my favorite place to eat, the food was good. The birria tacos would have been better if the consommé had more flavor.

General manager doesn’t care about your order. Somehow the order is always wrong, TWO TABLESPOONS of beef per taco. Lack of communication between staff is BAD! Greasy BEYOND belief. Terrible cashier who had extremely bad customer service! The couple in front of me walked out complaining about the staff. Food has good flavor staff and management have ruined this location. Dirty bathrooms and counters.

I am thoroughly disappointed in my visit. Let me preface and say we came 45 minutes before closing, so I don’t expect the best. However, most of the stuff was already put away, the tortillas were no longer being made (which is fine) so they were pulling apart tortillas that were made earlier from a bag finding the “best” ones. What we got were torn up tortillas that looked like maybe a rat was nibbling on them (there was no rat, don’t worry). The shredded chicken was good. No worries there. The sauces were already gone. Only sauce was the green sauce. I was about to be served some wilted lettuce, but the employee actually didn’t serve the lettuce after giving it a second look and got some fresh ones. So big kudos there. I know the restaurant/fast food industry, this is not a normal practice. If this is how this location handles their establishment, they should rethink their strategy, or change your hours to close earlier so you can actually close at 9pm (they close at 10pm). Overall, I’m disappointed, but not enough not to go back. I do enjoy this location during the day. This just happens to be the first time I came “before” closing (I’ve been to the one at Norterra minutes before closing, not like this experience). Anyway. Thanks for reading. Love y’all. I’ll update the rating next time I go before closing.

The food is delicious! I usually go in around 8-8:30 (closing time is 10) and the specialty drinks are always put away. I sometimes ask if it’s still available and the employees act as if it’s an inconvenience to get the drinks from the cooler in the back, then the drink I payed $3 for is filled 2” below the top of the cup. I understand they need to be cleaned and put away, but the employees consistently take them down 1.5-2 hours before closing and do not give you what you paid for.

I hadn’t been to this location in a long time because the last three times I went they were very slow. Decided to try again after 2 years. I am glad I did. They have upped their game, quick service and good food for fast casual. Will definitely be coming back!

7/1/23 1pm. Food was pretty decent as usual, a little light on the meat portion but I can live with it. The troubling parts: the young female cashier didn’t ask if it was for there or to go and preceeded to pack everything in bags. She didn’t offer drinks or any extras so we had to ask. She seemed tired or annoyed or something. When getting a diet Dr pepper the dispenser leaked badly and dripped at least 8-10 oz of water from the front of the fixture all over my hand when dispensing soda. I observed what appeared to be an employees child sitting at a table the entire time we were there getting repeated refills and playing on a phone, using one of the only 4 person tables left. Lastly I observed the same cashier wiping tables. She dropped the rag onto the floor then picked it up and continued to wipe other tables (partially and poorly) with the same rag. Pretty gross. Pretty disappointing visit. Doubt I’ll be back.

If counter staff could remove their ear buds and listen to customers it would be a bit better. This is probably the last time I endure this style of food service. Good food but the ordering and food assembly and checkout is absolutely terrible. First the plan is good, but put a menu overhead so unfamiliar folks can reference, totally holds everything up when they are trying to figure out what to do. First counter person knows drill, second pretends they are clueless, the individual at cash register should be terminated on the spot. Your job is to communicate with customers wearing ear buds distracts you from your job as you are clearly not listening. The whole staff should thank you for wrecking their tips.

This review is for one special employee. Let me preface with I had made a decision 6 months ago to never come back to this location ever again. But something in me 2 months ago told me to give it another go. I’m so glad I did!!!

As far as American Mexican food goes this place is pretty good, I really like how they make from scratch tortillas all day. Plus the staff is always very friendly! But pumpkin spice horchata??? Lol.
