Love these guys. I’ve never had a bad experience with the place and they’ve been my first choice when it comes to eating out in Vernal for years now. Good quality food, I can always expect the same delicious meal whenever I order my favorite – Shredded Chicken Nachos with a side of queso (as seen in the photos). Pair that with a Horchata as my drink and my day has already been made. Too good for leftovers!

Update 8/9/23: Chanced going here again because of a coupon. Still 1/5 stars overall. I can’t rate higher when the women’s bathroom didn’t have soap… In either dispensar! Also, only one stall had tp and it was just sitting on the changing table.

We have come here a few times and it is good food. Recently I came to just get some horchata as I really love the stuff. The person that made it that day clogged the machine so it was spitting out horchata oatmeal looking drink. The staff was so helpful and solved the issue very kindly. If you get food here you will not be disappointed. Always good service and good food

Very disappointed in our food today! I ordered a salad that had the hardest tortilla I have ever had. The pork was runny and beans weren’t cooked enough. I ordered extra dressing so they didn’t give me the dressing that comes with it. It was the worst meal ever. Not sure I will be going back there soon. Also their order online was down. I sure hope it was a one time mess up but as an employee they shouldn’t have handed out this meal. I guess we should open our food before we leave instead of trusting them to do their job right!

Waited for a curbside pickup order for 40 minutes after I arrived and checked in on the app. Food was cold when I got it, multiple workers looked at the curbside area, when my food was brought out the lady told me next time I either had to go in or call the store (whose phone number does not work). I don’t see why they offer curbside pickup if you have to go in and get your food anyways.

I placed a pick up order for this location over the phone and when I got there they had no record of the order. I called the number back that I had ordered from and they said the order had gone through and my money had already been taken from my card. So it had gone through. For some reason the To go phone does not ring the actual store. So I had the to go phone number call the actual store to tell them to make the order. The woman in the store refused and would not listen to me or the woman on the phone. She was very rude. I asked what I should do and was completely ignored. I was told to reorder online. The to go lady on the phone rewarded me points to reorder. I reordered and used my points but then at checkout the app shut down and my order was not placed. But I looked at my points and they had been used, but still no order. I ended up just getting a refund

Paid 27 dollars and they switched my meals with the couple infront of me, i ended up with a salad i couldnt eat due to allergies, i lice a hour from the store so returning it is not an option.
