Short version: Order was wrong. Price on menu was $3 less that what I was charged on my receipt. Employees didn’t seem to care.

Very disappointed in this Cafe Rio. I eat at them all over the states bi weekly and never had one tasted so bad. Something was wrong with the sweet pork. Tasted old and burned. And the amount of cheese used in my quesadilla was 1/4 if what they usually use. I was very disappointed and will not be returning to this location but will still be other Cafe Rios. Staff was not friendly either.

The staff was rude and either did not speak any English or just didn’t care to listen. I asked for the black beans to be drained, and she completely ignored me. I asked for the cilantro line dressing and was told that the house dressing was all they had. I can’t have house dressing, as it’s too spicy for me.

No one greeted us. We were the only ones in line sat there for about 5 minutes then asked what we wanted. Employees on their phones no one seemed to care about their job. Food was all crusted over so we got old food. Checked out once I put my card in the machine the employee walked away and relaxed by leaning up against something towards where the food is prepped. Ate about half my food and found a hair! I don’t think this place is sanitary to eat at please go eat something else!! Atmospheres sucked!!!

This has got to be the worst cafe rio in Utah or ever. The cafe and outside sitting is so dirty that I almost walked right out of it. Not if there is a manager or not, someone is not doing their job.

No “plain” iced tea available (like every other cafe Rio has). Looking for something not sweet or artificially sweet.

Cafe Rio has gone downhill in overall value after each new ownership change. Having grown up going to the original location in St. George, it has declined in quality. Since then prices have gone up, and atmosphere/quality have gone down.

We love this Cafe Rio in Heber. The place was warm, especially on this 10 degree day, and the greetings and smiles as we walked in were warm too. I had a shredded chicken salad and my esposa had 2 chicken enchiladas. We both took half of the food home because it was so much. Now we are looking forward to our lunch tomorrow. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience

Food isn’t bad but not a great place to work. There are better Cafe Rios.

I recently visited the Heber location of Cafe Rio Mexican Grill and was sadly disappointed. The staff was rude, the place felt dirty, and the food was far from satisfactory. It’s a shame that my experience at this particular location has left me with a bad impression but I won’t be going back anytime soon.
