Cafe Masala is a great Indian restaurant. I recently moved to Sparks from the DFW area and as someone who grew up eating Indian food (still eating), I’d say this place tastes GOOD!!! The head chef is amazing, I had takeout once and I dined once, both were good, definitely recommended!

OMG this place was amazing! I and my friends randomly stopped here during vacation and we had such amazing food. The Mango Lasi will make you want to become a mango farmer. It was soooooo good! I savored every sip and bite. As you can see from the pictures, we left no plate on clean.

It is a very unassuming location but after our first interaction with the owner, we knew we were in good hands. He accurately relayed our ordering preferences to the kitchen and engaged in some funny small talk. His service and check-ins were second to none.

Robert (the owner) is always on duty. He learns customer’s names & remembers what they like to eat. The food is hot, prepared to your desired level of spiciness & always delicious. Come prepared to wait a bit at busy times like Saturday night, Robert works the no-frills dining room alone & gets Door Dash orders, also. The prices are reasonable & the food is worth the wait!

My daughter and I LOVED the taste and flavor of the dishes we ordered. I took the rest of my food home and had it for dinner the next day. It was Deeeelicious then and the same the next day! Worth the money!
