Looking for a breakfast spot before going to my doctor’s appointment and Google reviews lead me to Cafe Kindred. We easily parked across the street. We didn’t realize there was parking in the rear… nice to know for our next visit. We walked in and was immediately greeted and felt welcome. We ordered and found a table to sit at. Our food came and the presentation was on point. Food was delicious and I loved the special touch in our hot drinks. I ordered the All American with a hot chocolate and my husband had the biscuits and gravy with a London Fog. It was definitely a great choice.

Excellent breakfast / lunch selection with a reasonable price. Had a Chai latte which was amazing and latte came on a cute wooden plate! Breakfast sandwich on a croissant was awesome. Pancakes were ok. There is parking available!

Stopped by for breakfast this morning as I have driven past this place many times and it’s always after eating breakfast someplace else. Wide variety on the menu, with many tasty options. Place was decorated nicely and only had bar seating available, which is a good sign. I had a bacon, egg and cheese on a in house made cheddar chive biscuit. The protein to biscuit ratio was lacking, but the fact the biscuit was so good, definitely made up for it. I really enjoyed my breakfast. As for the coffee, it was good, but definitely better options in Falls Church. Would come back for breakfast and/or lunch, nice to see they had gluten free bread available upon request as well. Free parking available in the garage behind the building.

This place has an amazing and unique atmosphere. But their food is the star of the show. This is my second visit because I HAD to try their breakfast after trying the Rueben last time – which was sooo good! This breakfast sandwich was show stopping with perfectly melted cheese, crispy bacon, and flavorful biscuit!

Nice little cafe/bar. I could see myself sitting here sipping on excellent coffees all day and then ending with a drink while watching a game! A bit larger than their previous location but still great food. Hubby had a triple shot latte followed by the Bacon Cheeseburger with fries, daughter had the Caprese Sandwich and the Mocha Latte and I had the Corned Beef Hash with poached eggs and a Hot Cider!

Was at a church nearby and this place popped up as I was searching for coffee. I loved the woody decor, the vibe was really nice. The coffee was great, and the Nutella croissant I got was delicious. I look forward to going back for breakfast and drinks next time!

Great service, kind of eclectic café but it was nice. I think it’s kind of crazy that there is an upcharge of 75 cents for a non dairy milk. That is very high and if you’re lactose intolerant that brings your drink up to over 5 dollars. That’s wild especially when most cafes are starting to offer no upcharge on milk substitutions.

I pass by Cafe kindred every morning on my way to work. This morning I had time to stop and get some goodies. Parking was easy. Don’t let the outside fool you. The decor is so unique and welcoming… I decided to get a Flat white while i wait for my order. Such a nice atmosphere. Got croissants for the team- Nutella ones were super yummy. Can’t wait to be back and try their breakfast sandwiches
