10 stars. Truly! The service was amazing from the second we entered. The food is amazing. There was nothing I wouldn’t eat again. It’s like a 40 min drive for us and I will def be going back. We had the meat dolmas,hummus,saffron rice, beef piroshky,and falafel platter. First time in a Mediterranean spot and will def not be my last.

This place is my favorite in Dallas!!! The ambiance on the patio with all the string lights is a m a z i n g. The service + staff 10/10. My go to foods- alllll the hummus + pita to the chicken kabob + saffron rice, YUM. Also typically drink a pinot noir and MUST end with Turkish coffee 🙂 Highly recommend

Very reasonably priced and a lot of meat and veggie options for sharing. We got the Turkish salad, lamb roll, chicken kabob, spicy chipotle hummus, and olives. Everything was really good! If you miss homemade food, this is the place to go. The service was also excellent.

Food was extremely satisfying. The entire staff was very hospitable and helpful. Dim lighting, candle lit-tables, live acoustic music, and fancy decor create the perfect ambiance. We had the privilege of enjoying the dinner for two. The spread was incredible and the meat was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Portion sizes were generous and the food came moderately quick. Paired with a beautiful sangria, this meal was definitely one of the highlights of our night.

Everything about our experience at Cafe Izmir for my wife’s birthday was phenomenal. Everything we ate was really good – the hummus and spicy hummus, lamb chops, tenderloin, grilled shrimp, and baklava all stand out. There was a wonderful singer performing on this Saturday night. And finally, the service was top notch. They even gave my wife a piece of chocolate cake and bottle of wine for us all to sign and take with us at the end of the meal.
