How can I give zero stars?? Omg. When I got home, I opened this container to hard, old, overcooked wings.. the quality was no my biggest issue. I called to tell them about the order and the poor girl that answered w opulent get the manager on the phone… there’s so much I need to say on this review about my experience on the phone when I called concerned about the wings, but I do not have the energy.. please people….. do not glorify this place by being a customer. They are horrible peopl. We all need to support businesses that care about their customers.. please do not go there…….. thank you.

I went there out of curiosity for some wings. When I got my wings they were the smallest ones I have ever seen. I should have known something was wrong when the waitress asked me if I wanted anything else and I asked for silverware to eat my fries with and she plopped down a plastic fork.

I ordered food here to go paid for service upfront. Once I received food the meat from rhe fish didn’t taste fresh at all .I nicely asked if there was a way to replace with something else i was told no and that I would have to pay full service for a whole new meal .I have never had a issue like this anywhere else, the way this handled wasn’t professional at all…..

I’ve been going ever since 2004 when I moved to the Gwinnett area, right around the corner. At one point, everyone knew me by my first name (smiling). I have NEVER had a bad batch of wings and I was going there about 2-3 times a week. Have since turned on many friends to that location. Although I have moved away from the area about 10 years ago- (still in Gwinnett though), I still frequent the place at least once a month. Service has always been at least fair but never bad. Typically, they have a young crew waitressing, nonetheless, I have never had any issues. To any one who has had a bad experience- Give them another shot!
