This is my new favorite restaurant in Mount Dora. Amazing Italian cuisine. The eggplant parmigiana, the wine, tiramisu, and espresso, all fantastic. The whole staff was very friendly and accommodating. Chef Gianni would come out from the kitchen to greet guests and make sure people were enjoying the food. We had a great experience and will definitely be back on our next visit to Mount Dora. Hi

We were visiting Mount Dora location, and we’re looking for a really nice place to eat. I ordered the linguine carbonara, and my husband had the pollo picatta. We also order bruschetta as an appetizer. We found this restaurant on a website for dog friendly restaurants in the area. We were seated right away outside with our to Puppies and they brought water for them as well. tiramisu was our dessert of choice. Everything was excellent. We will definitely be back when we are in the area. Thank you for accommodating small dogs on your outside seating area.

The food here was phenomenal. Real authentic and flavorful. The chef greeted us as we walked in and seated up. He also checked in on us as well. I can’t say much for the make server that served us as he was forgetful and we had to remind him on multiple occasions on what we had asked for and even ordered but I won’t ding the place based on him or our experience with him as this establishment warrants more then a subpar service level experience. The inside is quaint, they have outdoor seating and also and upstairs it seems. I recommend a visit if you are looking for good Italian cuisine in the area.

Nice italian restaurant in Mount Dora with great atmosphere. We asked for the special raviolis with pear and shrimp, and we were a bit dissapointed. The boiled shrimp seemed to be thrown in at the last minute, no sauce covering them so no flavor. The portion was small compared to many other italian restaurants, and it was served without any finesse. On the other hand, we ordered Gluten free pasta with the meat sauce, which was excellent. The clams we ordered as appetizer were a small portion and a bit bland. We did not have time for dessert because the food took a bit of a long time and we were almost the last ones to go. Our server was very nice, and I think she was the only one serving upstairs. Nice place, but stick to the basic.

Family friendly restaurant, good food. I ordered Sacchettini Pasta for myself. Tasted good but, 6 shrimp and 7 pasta. Nothing like the picture they have on their website. The portion was so little that I was left hungry after I finished and it’s not common for me, I don’t eat large amounts, that’s saying a lot. the rest of the meals were fine, my favorite was the Norwegian salmon carpaccio and bruschetta. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. Overall I like the restaurant, just the portion of that specific pasta, the Sacchettini Shrimp, is a kid portion.

High Hopes! I have heard wonderful things about this restaurant. This was my first visit. Maybe not the last but will not be on my list for a long time. The best part of the experience was the service. Excellent! I was surprised they didn’t have sweet tea, but not a deal killer. My dining companions enjoyed their meals, with a high grade on the Sacchetinni pasta dish. I had the grouper pasta dish that left much to be desired. I had hope for a good lasagna dish, and was surprised it wasn’t on the menu. The wine offerings were nice and reasonable. If I go again, I will stick with something they do often and well.

This was hands down one of the best meals my wife and I have ever had. I got the cheese ravioli that came with shrimp and fresh pear. I had to ask our waiter for extra bread at the end of the meal as to not let any of the sauce go to waste. Our server was incredibly friendly and on top of everything. They played fun italian music and the chef personally came to our table to check how our meal was. Would definitely recommend for any pasta lover.

Authentic and delicious Italian right in downtown. We had the special which was a ravioli with shrimp and lobster filling with whole shrimp on top in a light cream sauce with lemon zest. So so good! The bread is also amazing. We will have to try the bruschetta next time for sure.
