The owner is ALWAYS rude and the workers feed off that and act the same. If i can give this place 0 stars i would. To start I bought 6 pupusas and got 1 bag of sauce and 1 bag of cold slaw. I asked for more since that clearly isn’t enough for the food that I bought and they wanted to charge me 5 dollars extra per item. I asked the owner why is it extra since I bought so much food. Owner replied with everything is extra now a days. Just horrible workers and business. If your in the area stay away.

If I could give this restaurant negative starts I would. My mother picked up a total of 8 pupusas tonight, that taste extremely good. To start, the size of these pupusas what we have been eating since I was in elementary school (now out of college for reference), have diminished in size by A LOT, but the price seems to be increasing at the same time.. hmm. While she picked up these 8 pupusas, she noticed the below half filled bag of cabbage and one bag of tomato sauce, FOR 8 PUPUSAS! So she asked if she could please have a bit extra of cabbage, to which their response was that it would be an additional $5.99 for extra. My mother communicated to the owner, who I have to say has to be the rudest owner I’ve come across, that it was unfair to charge extra, given the amount of pupusas purchased and the amount of cabbage they gave for those. Her response was that “everything is expensive now”. My mother at this point was fed up with how rude they are, from when they took the call to when she was checked out at the restaurant. She told the owner that she needs to show respect to customers so her staff follows, because they are all rude. The owners response was “you’re coming here to purchase so you have to have respect”. So to say the least, think twice before wasting your money on this place. My last time for sure.

I would always recommend people to this place but lately the waitress there every time I’ve dine in, she is extremely rude and very offensive. Unfriendly and has no manners. I will no longer tell people to come ti this place ever again.

I order a burrito and I was definitively disappointed, it took over 30 minutes to make and the meat was burn. The flavor was off too. The burrito ease the even close and for the price they have to definitely improve the appearance and taste. I really thought this was more of a enchilada than a actual burrito

Disappointing. It has been a while since we had eaten there. We had ordered out during COVID and had assumed that because they got cold on the way home that they weren’t as good but oh were we wrong. Not only is the customer service horrible but the pupusas were dry and barely had any stuffing, the repollo is also dry and flavorless and their drinks overly sweet. Do your self a favor and not eat there.

To be honest, I don’t know how to explain how amazing these pupusas are. I’ve had pupusas elsewhere, but everything pales in comparison. It’s always really hot, delicious and super filling. Everything is always just pure perfection. As my fiancé is Salvadorian, she’s the one who put me onto this place and I haven’t cared or wanted to try anything else. Truly the finest of the finest.

My family and I have been getting our pupusas here for YEARS, they used to be the best pupusas around when I lived in Chelsea this would be the only spot I’d ever get my pupusas from. Two years ago I moved to Lynn and still traveled 20 minutes because they were that good. Sadly I have to say they have gone down hill. $3.50 for each pupusa I didn’t mind paying it because they USED to be worth it but they have gotten cheaper and don’t even stuff it with much meat anymore. Now they are just average like any other place. They don’t even give you enough sauce and curtido. Hopefully they get better but I won’t be back for a while.
