Bee You is an adorable business with delicious shakes and protein balls. They know how to satisfy my peanut butter heart, with a portion with a protein shake that sang to me and peanut butter protein balls I’m putting on par with raw cookie dough!!! The pumpkin shake my wife got was also phenomenal! Forget your pumpkin spice latte and satisfy your fall cravings with Bee You’s spot on flavoring! I can’t wait to go back and try more as there are so many options to choose from this first review won’t even touch all the things I would try. The staff were wonderful, kind and ready and willing to answer any questions we had. The place itself is super cute. There isn’t a ton of seating, definitely see it more of a grab and go kind of business, but what they do have available is very cozy. Nothing left but for everyone to go and Enjoy!!

My wife and I enjoy healthy quick options while on the go. We tried Bee You and were VERY IMPRESSED. The owner, Allison, greeted us and explained the products. We ordered an Energizing Tea and a Healthy Meal Replacement Shake. The service was excellent, and the drinks were AMAZING. The protein balls were great and complimented the drinks. We will be regular customers at Bee You. Thank you Allison for your hospitality.

Went in for the first time today. The staff was very friendly and the girl at the counter was super helpful and gave recommendations. The protein shake I got was so yummy and not chalky at all like a lot of protein shakes are. Will be coming back 🙂

Absolutely the cutest little cafe /coffee shop in the heart of downtown Baldwinsville. Great spot with exceptional coffee options and a neat little niche in healthy snacks/drinks. A friend of mine in the boutique next door (a great spot to check out also) told me about the place as I was in town staying at an air bnb just upstairs. The owner of Bee You introduced herself and made me a great hazelnut ice coffee ans I was back later that day for another one and the next day as well before my flight back to Florida. I highly recommend as it’s a great meet up spot, morning coffee, or date spot

Great healthy drinks, energizing teas and protein shakes and the Nutella protein muffins are amazing! Friendly atmosphere and Allison and her great crew know the products and can explain them well. All no sugar and healthy. My whole family loves coming to Bee You.

I went into Bee You for the first time a couple of days ago; Allison, the owner, and the employees are THE nicest people. It is such a warm and comfortable atmosphere, and I enjoyed it so much, I went back today :). It’s such a refreshing and delicious place. I could go on and on… I don’t mean to sound corny, but you truly feel like you’ve walked into your home away from home (kind of like in the Hallmark movies), which is a very good thing!
