I came to cafe 10 yesterday because I wanted to book a birthday party. I arrived at 5:30 pm and the establishment was closed. Their website stated their hours are 11 am until 2am. That should have been my first red flag to walk away and not come back.

How can I start my review??? Wait staff is not friendly at all, we were there for happy hour so we got 4 jibaritos it was a decent jibarito but out of all of them one of them had a tomato that was moldy black spot on it. So we all checked all our jibaritos and thankfully only one had that piece which was gross… Also we asked for ketchup to go with our fries and the staff said they didn’t have anymore; what restaurant serves fries or any kind of food and doesn’t have enough condiments. We stayed for when the place turns into a club theme and it was great music but they have a billiard table that takes up space for more tables.

Drove by, pictures online look great. However. When we got there before 10pm there was no music, lights were to bright, no ambience. Food was ok. I would highly suggest deeming down the lights, having some sort of sound to drown people’s conversation before 10pm. There was a touchstone music box, but no one used it. After 10pm it got good, great DJ, was able to play pool. Very chill not crowded.

For the last 20 min , I have been calling to place a food order. My boyfriend tried calling as well multiple times. No answer . Online says they’re open. I drove past and seen people going in and out. Was in yesterday as well and bartender was too busy talking with friends instead of checking on the customers at the bar. Never ordering or going in here again.

Awesome Food, Amazing Drinks. Great music and atmosphere. And the Staff goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken cared for and and having a good time. Oh and TVs everywhere so Catching your Favorite team and Sport is Another Plus. I will definitely be Back Very Soon!

We were among the first customers and submitted a very positive YELP review.The menu continues to expand (I love the nachos!) and we have good food,fun and great service…its a,particular pleasure to dine outside. We are bringing a birthday party there very soon and look forward to it. Great neighborhood place …one small thing…its very soccer centric with soccer on all tvs and as the Cubs head for a playoff run Cafe 10 should jump on the bandwagon as it would be a great place to watch a Cub playoff game…

Unfortunately I am not able to give them a NO star rating. But when your family who’s hosting a going away party and you as a family are excited to celebrate and ready to party. It’s really hard to do so with a “ bartender” who 1st does not have a fully stocked bar for the drinks they are promoting. And it takes 30 minutes for one drink from the most unprofessional “bartender” I have ever seen in my life. Can really mess with your vibe. I would of enjoyed ordering more drinks but I can’t not support a business who’s hosting to a party with only two workers. I would of been more understanding if we were treated with respect. But with the lack of that I had no problem leaving early and taking my business else where.
