The young lady working the cart needs to understand manners. I ordered a 15 piece fried mushrooms. Not a hard order to screw up. However, she screwed it up twice. First order she gave us fries. Second time she gave us the 10 piece instead of the 15 piece. When I returned it a second time, the lady starts arguing g with me. I literally physically pointed and touched at the 15 piece on the menu when I ordered and she still argued. I eventually got the 15 piece but they won’t have my business again.

What a wonderful experience it was to eat at Cadillac Grille. The only unfortunate thing is the wait, but very understandable due to them being short staffed and very busy. But let me say that the food is worth the wait!!! I love that you can do any burger as a slider, this gave my wife and I the ability to try 3 separate burgers. The Bacon and Bleu, the Sevy Beercheese, and the Spicy. I liked the Spicy, my wife liked the Sevy Beercheese, but we both agreed that the Bacon and Bleu is to die for!!!!! I also couldn’t pass up the opportunity to order the Rickster. Which is so big! Their ground beef is fresh and the bacon they use is some of the best flavored and thick sliced Bacon I’ve ever had. Last but not least they were even able to accommodate our requests to put some of the Beercheese on our fries. Will definitely be back!!!

Very disappointed. Order a chicken strip basket. Ended up getting horrible cook fish. When I when back to get the correct order I was asked if I even got the food from the cart. After I explain that I did, but ordered chicken strips they said they would remake it. Waiting a while to get called back to and was told they have no chicken. But I could pick anything off the appetizers or a drink. I paid $12. When asked for a refund I was told no. Then the cook pulled out a piece of frozen chicken and said give me a minute. I paid $12 for a piece of cut up chicken. Couldn’t eat the fries because they were undercooked and drenched in fish oil.

Over charged for a cheese burger. Charged more than the listed price and gave me the wrong burger. Burger had no sauce. The only reason it wasn’t a dry Puck with cheese was the tomato

Spent thirty dollars on my order..they forgot items I ordered including somthing as simple as fries…then they added spicey bacon to my child’s order when we specifically asked them not to.

Just had a horrible experience with the customer service side of things. Asked for a burger with no bacon (twice) received bacon. When I told the lady working the counter she argued with me and said I asked for no tomato (Burger doesn’t have tomato on it). She obviously wasn’t listening when she took my order and was very rude overall. Good food and the other counter workers have been fine which is why they don’t get a 1 star review.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR MEDIOCRE FOOD. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and a order of chili fries. The woman at the counter had the ugliest attitude. When I first walked up I said hello and asked how she was doing, she just stared at me for a second and then replied flatly “fine. What are you getting?”. I ordered, came back later (they made it pretty quickly) and when I sat down had no chilli fries. I went back, politely said that I ordered them but didn’t get them. She looks up my order while SO BOTHERED that I asked. She said I didn’t get them and I tell her we talked about it. She just blamed me for her not entering them, I didn’t even want to blame or argue I just wanted my fries and would rather not disagree so I just said never l mind thanks anyways and left. Overpriced. Rude. Mediocre food. If u don’t like customer service don’t take it out on everyone else.

My wife and I just left their disappointed. The guy took my wife’s order but would not take mine. I paid for hers and walked away. I will never give that place or for that matter I will not return to that food court ever again. Wife’s order was horrible by the way. Food sucks, people running it are not any better
